Nice having a place so close to home but this store is really frustrating. Instead of asking me if I need any help and then leaving me be, they stand there while Im deciding or follow me around. Makes me want to get in and out as quickly as possible. Im sure they mean well but I have owned my dog for 7 years and been to the store many times. I know where her food is and Im capable of picking out a flavor without someone standing there hovering over me. If its meant to increase sales, I assure you I spend less time browsing than normal because of this.

Great selection, clean store, friendly staff, allows dogs (of course). Picked up a couple toys from here for my dog and she loved them. No more driving to Strongsville!

Great for specialized pet needs. Would compare to a lower cost pet people, staff is very friendly and like that they offer pet adoptions on site and dog wash area.

Very clean and well organized. Store has the better quality cat food that you cant pick up at the discount stores. Nice having this store close to home.
