I ❤ this store! Not only do they frequently have specials on my cats pill pockets - they price match and stock almost anything you could ask for. Yesterday, my husband found a mesh cat carrier for $20 online at Petsmart. We couldnt use our 30% off coupon online though.. it had to be an in store purchase. So he called the store just to see if they carried this particular carrier and a nice girl named Heidi located one on the sales floor. She offered to hold it for us since it was the last one! Ok so we all piled into the car (our dog came along since its his favorite store too) and we headed down there to buy the carrier. Heidi was actually still there, she brought the carrier out for us. She offered to help us find anything else and then checked us out. We found the carrier (in store price) rang up almost $40 which we didnt want to pay (at this point even the coupon wasnt worth buying it in person.) But we were already there so Heidi price matched the online deal AND honored the coupon. We were blown away by her excellent customer service! She didnt even bat an eye when doing it, like it was nothing extraordinary.. Well it was! And it was completely unexpected. And absolutely brilliant! So if that is only the ordinary, standard level of service you get everyday just think how amazed youll be when they kick it up a notch! Ive no doubt youll love this store as much as my family does. Stop by and let them impress you sometime!

Stay away from Banfield. Otherwise, the selection of fish rocks. You can also find several snakes, turtles, birds, and furry little hamster/rat/etc to give a home to here. Should you wish to find a small, meowing pet, there is a lovely section of adoptable kitties as well. The prices are high, but they do have some great sells. You just have to look at their ads and for clearance items. Oh, and if you ever need an inflatable e-collar, which is sooooo much better for your pets comfort, this is the place to get one.

Searching for a urinary care food for my beagle. He had run out of his prescription food and I found that they do carry it, just needed the prescription. It was Saturday and my vet was closed so they worked endlessly to try to find something that would be okay just for the weekend. Now I have my dogs prescription and I can get his food whenever I run out.

Very small store, but it makes everything easy to locate and conveniently, all the small animals are in the same area! Plus, its located in a huge plaza that looks well taken care of so essentially there are a variety of areas to visit while your pet is at Banfield, or getting groomed. Love it better than any Tampa store!

I take my dog Max here to get his baths. They always do a great job with him, but yesterday the man that worked on my dog did an amazing job!!!! He scrubbed him so clean and massaged my baby. I am one happy mommy. Most definitely will be going back.

Stores is fine but they sell things for the animals that shouldnt be used, i.e. advertise a hot rock for a bearded dragon who will injury themselves on it. So just know what you need before you buy.

Petsmart is a go to for us. We just moved from NJ. The staff at this store really need new managers. They are slow and not too happy. Not a fan of this location and now go to Petco first.
