I love this store! The owners go above and beyond to get you want you need they are a friendly family owned store! We got a mandatory evacuation notice for hurricane Irma. They ordered in crates so locals had crates for their pets. You cant fly without a crate and you couldnt go to a shelter without one! PSP saved the day for many pets! I see where someone is complaining about not being able to return the crate however there was a signed posted saying without original packaging and original receipt they could not be returned. It was right at the register when I checked out! They went above and beyond in express ordering these for us paying big in shipping so Im sure to take a crate back that they can not resell would be a total loss for them. I think we all need to be for grateful! I am very grateful I got my crate in time for the evacuation and PSP will be my family pet store for my 3 dogs!

Bought carriers from this store to evacuate with my dogs from Irma.i bought two different sizes and I was told I would be able to return them if the one did not work. I had visited the store twice in one day and made purchases both times. When I went to return the carriers, I realized I saved the wrong receipt. I was told that the unused carriers could not be returned even though I had the card I bought them with. I was never offered store credit. I was told I needed to have their rewards card in order to return without receipt, which was never offered to me. Terrible customer service, especially under emergency circumstances.

Was in this past weekend for the first time. Really like the way the store is set up. They refer to everyone as "neighbor" and I like that. Great customer service, friendly, attentive and welcoming and were able to assist me with my product needs. Love that there is a groomer and "DOG WASH & DRY" DIY stations on site. Really cool concept. A welcome addition to this area as there are no pet supply stores close to the FM beach and Sanibel area. Im glad youre here!

Absolutely love this store! Employees are so wonderful! Very experienced in the pet category! I had a girl help me out her name was Nicole I believe she was at the register. She gave outstanding service. Went above and beyond! I couldn’t have asked for better service! They really treated me like I was family at the store, and that’s what shopping at Per Supplies Plus is all about. Being treated like your a neighbor not a customer.

I highly recommend this pet store to anyone in need of pets or pet supplies, etc. The prices are very competitive, the service is elite, and they even except competitors coupons!!! We were highly impressed with this new store and will be definitely shopping there on a regular basis.

As far as pricing it is competitive with Internet prices therefore making it more reasonable because you do not have to pay shipping. But the employees act like you are going to steal something and their over all attitudes are not good. For being a pet supply store I would think they would be more animal friendly but that was not my experience.
