The store is great and the staff is friendly but it is GREAT to have an outside dog wash station at the store. For a very reasonable price you have access to professional equipment. There are 2 tubs and 2 drying tables. You have the waist high sinks so you dont need to bend over while washing your dog. The tub has both a built in leash tether and a ramp for heavy dogs to walk up. The water sprayer has both hot and cold water for the comfort of your pet. Shampoo and conditioner are included in the wash fee. After your pet is clean you can move them to the elevated drying station with attached blow dryer - drying time does not cost extra. You can take as long as you want but the store does ask that you use finish as quickly as possible when people are waiting in line. The bathing area is completely fenced in so if your dog happens to slip the collar there is no worry the dog can run away or out into traffic. This is a great idea and a wonderful convenience for me. To be able to wash my large dogs without getting wet dog hair all over the bathroom and down the drain is worth twice the cost!

I will not be shopping at this store again!!!! I went there looking for new boots. I wasnt really sure if I liked the boots at the time but i went ahead and bought them. Paid $200 for them! I got home wore them around the house a little and decided they werent what I wanted. I took them back to the store with my reciept and all. They told me I could have a store credit which was fine with me, I planned on getting different boots. but when I looked I couldnt find any I liked. So I said I would just come back later and look again. Thats when they told me no I would have to use the credit then and all of it. So considering I was in a hurry to get back home I had to rush and get stuff I didnt even really want. The lady at the register was completely rude to me. I had my reciept had only had the boots a few days and hadnt even really worn them! Store credit would have been fine, but to make me spend it all right then was a little rediculous!!!

I want to address Denise first. I have been going to South Site vet services for a while now. I love Dr Y and his passion for animals. My daughter had a show animal which came down ill. It was on a Saturday and Dr Y. came out late in the evening after his office shut down. I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg but he was very reasonable. Love this vets office, staff and Dr. Y. Southside Store - Amazing store with quality customer service. Its not many stores where the owners will drop what they are doing to assist you personally when staff is busy helping others. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Quality clothing at reasonable prices and the best boot selection in the area. Also if you are not into Western Wear, they have other clothing options that meet any need. Love the womens wear selction.

This is an AWESOME STORE with great mechandise with a staff that has over a hundred and fifty years combined in the retail business. They are always helping the youth of the area supporting FFA and 4-H events of all kinds. They even have a 4-H group meeting every month. It has been family owned and operated for the last 34 years. Its a pleasure doing business with a local store that cares about its customers. They were Plant Citys Small Business Of The Year in 2009. You should give them a try and see for yourself. Note if you enter at the front you do have to exit thru the main side door in order to control shoplifters what a shame.

DO NOT BRING YOU PET HERE. DO NOT SHOP HERE. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THE OWNER IS A DOCTOR AND HAS HAD MANY LEGAL CASES AGAINST HIM BUT ALL OF THEM HAVE BEEN THROWN OUT SOMEHOW. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN, EVEN IF ITS BY YOUR WALLET. ANIMALS ARE ABUSED HERE!!!!! ANYONE THAT LOVES ANIMALS WOULD NOT LAST A WEEK WORKING HERE. THEY ALMOST KILLED MY CAT AND NOW SHE HAS PERMANENT DAMAGES. MY BEST FRIEND QUIT HER JOB THERE BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT STAND SEEING ANIMALS ABUSED.

Bought boots for family and several other items, spent lots of $$$, our daughter found a pair of boots she liked better at another store, when we tried to return her boots we bought they tried to make us take a store credit.. the boots where never wore, they actually were never even taken out of the plastic bag and box.. we paid cash and wanted our money back.. not sure if we will return!!!

Everytime me and my husband go there to look for work boots, they never ask if we need help or nothing, maybe because we look Hispanic, never going there again.!and would never buy anything Ill be also telling my friends to not go there

Love Shopping for jeans and boots here! They have a great selection of cowgirl boots and cowboy boots too. I buy my Grace jeans here and Miss Me. This is a must see for a person who loves to shop for jeans and boots

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I like their pet selection, but I dont really go here for the clothes. Not my style and way too pricey. Otherwise I like it here and will keep getting my doggies play toys, etc.
