The Manager and staff is very friendly and the store is alays clean and orderly. The animal cages are clean but just too small. If you compare the bird housing with PetSmart, its really sad. They can actually fly a bit in those cages and they have items hanging in the cages to keep them occupied. Every time I go to PetSmart I stop by the bird cages just to watch them play. At Pet Supplies Plus they are in a corner bottom cage, all lined up on one perching stick with nowhere to go.

All of the workers here have wonderful knowledge of animals!! Ive expeirenced nothing but good things here and learned all the correct things to do and not to do when caring for my pets! I have been to another pet store in medina, unfortunatly the workers do not have the same knowledge as these workers here! Theyre wonderful here!

I love the wide selection of food at this store. It is clean and the employees are helpful. We take our bichon frise there to be groomed, and I tend to be picky about the cut he receives. They have always done a nice job and it is easy to get him an appointment. It is competitively priced for grooming.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Pet Supplies Plus typically has products for a bit less than other chain stores, and usually has pretty good sales if you are a pet palls member (which is free to sign up).

Not enough people working in grooming. Three hours to groom a dog is ridiculous! Groomer had to keep stopping to answer phone, take care of walk/ins while my dog was left in the back yelping and whining.

Ive been shopping at this location for the last 4 years since getting my puppy.. They always have a good selection of toys and great prices. The managers take time to help and get to know their customers!
