Today I took my shihtzu puppy for a face trim, bath, ears, and nails. Walked in around 2 pm because they would start bathing and doing nails. And if they had time would do her face by 4 pm. They close at 6pm and they said they would call me but I called around 4:45 pm.and they said she would be ready in about 30 mins. I had agreed on 17 or so for the trim and nails and bath, and decided to accept 12 for nail filing polish. When I picked her up at 5:45 she was not yet done, and they made me wait like 5 mins for the computer to generate the correct receipt and they charged 40! And besides that I grab my puppy and im.caressing her around her neck and find she is still with knots. She has just 1 inch of hair and they were not able to do a good job in more than 3 hours they had her? I was not happy and was asking the supervisor if after paying 40 dollars for grooming I had to go back home and finish the job myself. They said they could try fixing it and correcting but has to charge me for the extra time. And kept insisting they usually need like 4 to 5 hours to do a good job. Then why dont they say they cant accept my dog because of lack of time? This is an irresponsible and in INCOMPETENT response and attitude. I pay and they say they didnt have enough time for a 10 pound shihtzu puppy that was in their hands for 3 hours 45 minutes?? And they did not trim her whole body! INCREDIBLE. Why not say we dont have time for her..that is better than doing a mediocre job, besides charging more than original agreed.

Bought cat litter several weeks ago and, although we had thought we were getting fragrance free, the litter smelled like lilacs in bloom and the cats would not use it. I figured we had just not looked at the box carefully enough and it was our error, but when I checked our Visa receipt for the purchase, it clearly said "FF" which the PetSmart manager said did refer to "fragrance free". We told her what the problem was, showed her our receipt, and even brought her a bottle full of the scented litter so she could smell it. She refused to give us a new box (or refund) unless we brought all the litter back to the store. So, she expects we will bring our litter container with about 30 pounds of litter the 13 miles back to the store so she can have proof they we have a lot of scented litter. Will she weigh it to make sure it is all 40 pounds? If so, I will have to add the "used" litter to the clean to make the weight right. I guess, once we do that, she will just throw it away because they obviously cant resell it. Lets face it --she just wanted to get us out of her hair! They have made a bunch of money off us the last five years, but no more.

PETSMART GROOMERS IN OCALA FLORIDA I brought my chihuahua and two Pomeranian puppies in for a bath today , one of my puppies it was his first ever professional bath, I only asked for the paw pads to be trimmed and their sanitary area, I specifically said MULTIPLE times I do NOT want the hair on his body touched , and when I came to get my babies they were HORRIBLY shaved! I am SO upset they had the most beautiful coats and now they are uneven and their hind legs are very short, the upper body is super choppy! I am so so so upset. When my mom went back in with the dogs the groomer that handled them was very rude to her and denied even cutting the body hair at all. I am very disappointed my family has been coming to the petsmart groomers for Over 15 years , this was the first bad experience weve had , and I am just very angry and disappointed. 3 dogs weight under 5 pounds each, $ 120 dollars later and I walk out with very poorly groomed dogs...

I usually would not leave a review for a separate company on someones page, but I feel that this is warranted. It is ignorant to post a review about the animal clinic on this page. First and foremost, it is Banfield Animal Hospital, not PetSmart Animal Hospital. They are 2 separate companies, just like Wal-Mart and SmartStyle. Second, the animal hospital is wonderful. I recently purchased a dog from the animal shelter, and she turned out to be very sick. I called and asked if they were able to see her that day. They said to bring her in, and they would try to fit her in. I got there and they realized how sick she was, and rushed her into a room and the vet came in very quickly. They took wonderful care of my dog. She was at ease with the vet and helpers.

I had 2 of my dogs groomed at this location for the past 3 years. Now they are not taking both of my dogs because they are saying one of them have "aggression". If they are not fully trained to groom a dog that is not comfortable getting groomed, then they are not qualified in my opinion. Both of my dogs, probably like any other dogs, can be uncomfortable getting groomed. I do not think it is fair for them not to groom by dogs. My dogs are perfectly normal like any other dogs. I am very upset that they are doing this to my dogs and this needs to be mentioned to upper management. 3500 SW College Rd, Ocala, FL 34474 Managers name is Carmen.

Love The Grooming area in PetSmart theyre very nice with the pets and the customers I recommend this place highly I also highly recommend the hospital for the pets its right next door to PetSmart and you can get a good plan for insurance so that cheaper doing it that way we all spend a lot of money on our pets so if you want a good pet plan that give you three different plans I dont know about you but I spend a lot more money on my pets and I do on myself prices arent that bad for the supplies that you need for your pet

Grooming is terrible. They dont keep track of their records they told me that my dogs rabies records were expired .which to me is impossible considering hes not even a year old and we got his rabie shots done in July of this year. Customer service is awful , the women argued with me there then when I got home and call them , the worker Diana decided she had to be rude as well when I asked who brought records in because we never got asked to bring in his records and hung up the phone As I was talking.

The best groom in my dogs life. Shes a white poodle, burns very easily, hates her feet trimmed and is somewhat ditzy when groomed. Wont hold still, pulls away. Acts like she being murdered. Today i brought her for her second time, and i almost cried she looks so pretty. And i know poodles. This is perfection in a kennel cut. Short, clean feet, clean face, pom pom tail. Wish i could post a picture. Thanks from christy Griffin.
