Havent purchased there quite yet, but honestly this place is awesome. My wife and I had just went to the sofa store in the alliance mall and the experience there was a not so friendly one. The prices were pretty expensive too. We were then driving to Mckinneys furniture and they said they were closing at 5, but were hoping to get out early (so we decided we didnt want to deal with eager to leave workers). My friend had recommended this place so we drove to it. It was 4:15ish when we pulled in. We saw on the door that they also closed at 5. When we walked in a really nice man greeted us and we told him we were wanting to look around and he said, "sure take your time." My wife and I were like, "Wow, this place already seems better than the other 2." We then started looking at the prices and to our amazement the prices were much cheaper and doable financially for us. We were thinking about buying a set and I called the guy over and asked him if they did discounts on sets. He then informed me that they could not because the prices listed on each item was the lowest they could go. He explained that they sell at low rates, but in larger quantities. Most furniture stores do the opposite to my knowledge. We werent too dismayed, because we recognized he probably wasnt lying. So we then walked throughout the whole store and we were trying to decide between 3 sets. It was close to 5 by now and the guy seemed as friendly as ever when I decided to ask him a few more questions. I asked him to tell me the differences between the sets. I was then very much surprised when he pointed out the negatives on the most expensive of the options. I could tell he wasnt at all trying to sell us the most expensive model. I could tell he was passionate about furniture and he had a way of exciting my wife and I. We are very picky about a product when we are going to spend over a thousand dollars, so we threw a lot of questions at him and he not only answered our questions but gave us information in excess that we found interesting. Another surprise was that he said they would deliver the couches to us for free and could deliver to columbiana if need be (I live in salem, so not as far). He also explained that the couch that we had our eyes on the most (unbeknownst to him) would be his number one pick. He said that some of the couches that are placed in the back take longer to get in and if they were placed toward the front they would sell more often and he was afraid they would have to sell the floor model to keep a customer happy, which wouldnt be a problem except he wanted to always have a model on display. As a heads up, I almost never write a review, but this guy really made our day. Even though the shop was basically closing, he didnt act like we were an inconvenience and was happy to answer all our questions. I even call the store at closing time because I had one more question and he happily answered. My wife and I are probably going to buy a set from there in a month or two. Another thing I almost forgot... He told me that he had just dealt with a customer that purchased a couch 10 years ago and the warranty wasnt good for that long and yet he helped the guy anyway. He said although a warranty expires he can usually help someone anyway. The most shocking thing that he told me the whole time was right after he gave me his business card. He said something to the extent of, "If you ever have a question call me, even if your at another furniture store and you need some info on what youre going to buy." Im convinced he really would help and not throw a sales pitch at me if I were to call at another store.

My husband and I bought a mattress from Ohio Furniture Mart in 2012. We had the mattress for one year, and the box springs broke. I called, and they told me they would call me when they could deliver a replacement. I got off the phone wondering if I had heard them correctly, but within a week or two they called and delivered a new box springs. In a time when customer service is at an all time low, we were quite astounded that Ohio Furniture Mart didnt give us a hard time, or try and wiggle their way out of the warranty. I have two words for that. RETURN CUSTOMER! We have shopped at a lot of furniture store, but never have we experienced this kind of service. By the way, I am not the owner, relative, or employee of this store. I am very aware businesses get on here and trump their own horns, but that is not the case in this review. I believe in giving credit where credit is due!

My husband and I just purchased a beautiful sectional here. It will be delivered tomorrow morning and I cant wait. We looked there first because it was closest and then continued to look at many other stores in 4 other cities over a week. I did not see anything at a single store that compared to here in looks, brand name, features, anything that wasnt at least twice the price. The salesman was friendly and helpful and made it a nice experience. If you havent been here definitely check them out. They have beautiful products for every room at great prices.

I have to disagree with the comment about "not looking like you have any money" youll be ignored. Ive walked into that store looking like something the cat drug in and they have always treated me wonderful. Perhaps the person that had the bad experience caught someone new, or having a bad day. NOT that its an excuse. However, I have purchased many items from this store and the first time I walked in, I was treated as if I had enough money to buy the entire store. Im sorry that person had such a bad exp.

This store has to have the Worst customer service, salesman told us one thing then when it was suppose to be delivered, So when we called, to see where it was.they said we where there , not at scheduled time?, I called in and Bob was Very Rude, we canceled the order, so I called about my refund, Bob said ill take care of it right away, I have a business, and I know it dont take two full days. And today they are close. What a Shame!! We will never go in their again!!

I walked in to buy dressers and NO ONE came to ask me if I needed help. I stayed in there for about 10 minutes and not a single salesperson came to even check to see if I needed anything. They saw me come in and watched me walk out. Horrible, so although I liked what I saw Ill take my money elsewhere since they didnt seem to want my business!
