First of all, they sell nice things, recently purchased a dinning table in great conditions, nothing wrong with it until it arrives at my house with a big chip on top of the table that you can notice far away..a big hole on top corner of the table...called in to complaint and the lady that answered was really rood, disrespectful and just say the same thing over and over...all they said that is not there fault and if I wanted to RE-DONATED back without a refund!! ??? so at the end is my fault and there is no solution for something I bought perfectly fine and received broken....Bad customer service...Not even "Im sorry for that, We apologize"!!! Just "you bought it you receive it how ever they take it! Recently had a baby and that just put me in a really bad mood and never buying there again.....Please have people that are decent when speaking to customers and people who like there job and serving others...because that one lady ruined my day for sure :(.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I just went into this resale shop today. I have been in before and it was ok. I decided to buy a piece of furniture. As they lifted it the leg fell off. So it was broken. When I questioned her she said it wasnt broken it just needed to be glued back on and they would give me some glue. That is my definition of broken. I asked for my money back and she pointed to the sign and said all sales are final. Needless to say I think they are very dishonest and not at all honorable in business. I didnt lift it thy did. They saw it was broken. She said they dont normally load items. So basically passing the blame off. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE STORE. IF IT HAD BEEN ANY OTHER STORE INCLUDING GOODWILL THEY WOULD HAVE MADE IT RIGHT.

Classic bait and switch tactics. They have online listings for items that are inaccurate and photos that conceal flaws in items. The quality of the furniture also isnt better than any other used furniture store. The "Upscale" comes from the fact that the majority of items are overpriced and the prices are non-negotiable. Waste of a trip.

I bought some used filing cabinets, the people here were extremely nice to me and they held on to cabinets for a full week until I was able to go pick them up. All proceeds go to a school, so you also shop here for a good cause. I highly recommend them.
