My husband and I purchased a couch 4 years ago; also purchased the Guardsman protection plan. I was sold a "leather" sectional couch. One piece has been replaced twice. This replacement is 2 years old and looks like it came from a horrible thrift store. the "leather" is wearing off. guardsman will not cover the piece and neither will Havertys. Havertys will give me 50% off another replacement!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WILL NEVER SHOP OR RECOMMEND HAVERTYS OR THE WORTHLESS GUARDSMAN PLAN!!!

Told they would remove our old couch before purchase. Put note in delivery confirmation that we had a couch to be removed. They show up for delivery and they wont remove old couch. Call, they say yeah, we cant wont remove old couches. Untrained staff? False advertising? Who knows. Very frustrated. Good luck.

Ive been buying my furniture there for at least 9 years now. The furniture is outstanding. And its really not too expensive because it outlasts most other brands. I always ask for Freddie 0. He hooks me up with the best things.
