My sister and I came to this store for the very first time around our birthday, the end of may 2017. I usually never buy the first time I walk in a store, especially a large sum, without coming back again after thinking about it. The owner was just too nice and was willing to help my sister get her order delivered the same day. That ofcourse was a reason to buy now! Who doesnt want their product the same day?!! I was in need of a new bed and waited until later for delivery. Once they delivered.... they were very helpful. My sister even tried to get a few things moved around a certain way and they were very patient. They were willing to help to make her new furniture comfortable before they left. I will be recommending them to friends in the future. We had absolutely no bad experiences and the prices were on point for the merchandise!

We are very careful about large purchases, so it was no surprise that it took about three visits over a couple of weeks before deciding on a new bed. Chris and Sean were both very helpful and patient and offered to hold the price for us while we decided. They also gave us information on how to search their supplier websites for a bed frame, too, and their price point on the bed and frame was better than any of the other stores around town. It only took a couple of days for the frame to come in once we ordered and they setup a delivery for that afternoon. It took them around 20 minutes to bring everything in, assemble the frame, put down the box and mattress, clean up and even take the old bed out with them. When its time to buy another bed for our guest bedroom, Ill be calling up Soda City Mattress again.

Having just moved from out of state, my husband and I were pleased to have stumbled upon Soda City Mattress and Furniture (my goodness Columbia, you have a mattress store on every corner!). We were delighted by the huge selection of mattresses and found exactly what we were looking for without the "used car salesman" attitudes we found in other stores. We were even more delighted in the value of the mattress, we saved quite a bit, compared to what we saw in other local stores. In fact, we saved enough on the purchase of our mattress that we even purchased a few pieces of furniture that we found in this lovely store. Our items were delivered with white glove service and exactly when promised. Good Job Soda City Mattress and Furniture. Well definitely be back.

Great place to shop! Low prices, great staff, quick delivery! Sean (not sure if I spelled it correctly) answered all the questions we had, and assisted us when we needed it. He didnt hover around us like so many other sales people we have dealt with normally do, but he was available when we did need him. We did purchase a mattress set from him, and got free delivery offered for the same day! We will definitely go back when we need to purchase a new bed for the guest room!

Our experience with Soda City Mattress and our choice of the BeautyRest Kayden Hybrid mattress have both been excellent ones ! A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere was provided by Sean Sproat. We were encouraged to try all types of mattresses until we found the one that was "just right". A month into ownership of the BeautyRest Kayden and our only regret is that we waited so long to purchase it! Delivery was quick and simple. An A+ experience all around !

Ive ordered several pieces of furniture from this place, including a dining room table which I absolutely love, and a mattress thats still in great shape. Sean was very helpful in the ordering process, kept me up-to-date, and worked with my schedule for the deliveries. If youre looking for good quality furniture, and friendly service (without the pushy sales staff) then this is your place.

We bought a king size bed from here about 5 months ago. Ive never slept better! The salesman was wonderful in helping us find the exact color and style we wanted. He had to order it from Texas, and predicted its delivery time to a tee. When they brought it to our house, the two men assembled it for us at no extra charge. The people at Soda City Mattress and Furniture were very friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of many different high quality mattresses from quite a few top brands, it could be overwhelming. Luckily everyone there was as knowledgeable as they were accommodating. I will definitely be going back there when I am ready to get my couch.

Great customer service. Saw ad on Facebook and special that was advertised is what was in store. When it came down to delivery, time that was said they would be here is the time they where here ready to set up. Didnt have the mattress that I ordered so was given the next mattress up for no extra charge. Great company and very pleased.

Management is noticeably attentive to customer service! Not only was the delivery scheduling fast, but they are extremely friendly. Also, the quality of furniture exceeded my expectations for the price. I thought it was pretty cool when I found out that they were locally owned and operated as well.
