Let me start off by saying the owners of this store Eric and Kyle are great guys and provide excellent customer service , however the product is not good quality . Bought our bed in February of 2015 , by may we had to have it replaced (which was easy and hassle free ) . The replacement only lasted a month at the most and had to be replaced. Now at this time we were 3 beds in to the year . That replacement lasted until December of this year , it was reluctantly replaced by the owners which is understandable, but the bed it was replaced with didnt make it 10 days before it had broke down so bad theres a deep pocket in the middle of where I sleep. I was told theres nothing they can do and I need to call dixie bedding company and make a complaint. So here I am 4 beds into the year and still dont have a bed I can sleep on As for thier response of a stain on the mattress , the mattress was kept under 2 protectors and I have 2 witnesses that saw them drag the bed off my porch . Id stay away from this company if you want quality . Just google KING COIL reviews they are the manufacturer of the beds that are sold here . Youll see this is an on going issue with king coil products
