If I could do less than one star--I would. I walked in this past weekend looking for a sofa. I was by myself, ready to invest and looking to buy. I walked in---not one greet. No one approached me at all. I walked around the store for about forty minutes looking and comparing--BY MYSELF. I must have walked past about 10 associates--no eye contact from anyone. I walked passed the "employees only" looking door and there were a few team members griping about customers that just left. Not very professional and I realized, I may not want to stick around to be the next ugly story coming out of someones loud mouth. But I was reluctant and really wanted to find a sofa. I found one by the front, stood near it, on it, around it, scoped it out, read the details on the information board by the floor model for another 10 minutes--STILL NOT ONE APPROACH. Sadly, Rooms-to-Go, we arent a fit. I cant be treated like a non-person when Im investing in something for my home and there isnt one person in your establishment that can help me--or at least willing to try. I guess I should have brought my husband with me so I "looked" like a buyer and I need him to "make my decisions." Bad move, poor judgement and I will be sure to never recommend your location to anyone and instead send them over across the way to Ashleys Furniture where I soon after leaving your location--ended up buying a love seat AND sofa. I hope someone in HQ really takes this review into consideration to maybe give you all a refresher in customer service and how important it is. Some people, may be used to the fact that customer service is a hit or miss and companies dont want to create RAVING FANS---thats a shame. Dont follow in those footsteps and improve yourselves. Maybe Ill give it a shot again---but I would rather not waste my--excuse me, YOUR time.

Terrible customer service. Cheap furniture. I purchased a lot of furniture to furnish a condo. Coach material is itchy and fibers stick out. They will not take it back or give me credit toward different. Can not sit or lay without a continual itch. Nobody can. Wasted $1500. I need to furnish two more properties and will be shopping elsewhere. When customer service called back with results of tech coming, she was rude. A friend had the same problem in south Florida and she was told they been having this problem and she got credit towards a different coach. They picked it up and now she has different one and Happy. OK in response to owner eequest I did submit the email. Again here is your Company response: as a courtesy only due because warranty expired in May. in reviewing the service results and pictures there is no defect. Due to the findings we are unable to assist any further.

We were greeted as soon as my husband and I entered the store by Christine from Massachusetts. We were shopping for a new mattress. She was very helpful in showing us the many options. We had done our research and knew exactly which mattress set we needed. She shared options with us about pillow and mattress covers in which we purchased also. My husband was very pleased when he found a new chair and ottoman. We also decided to shop for a sofa. Christine was very knowledgeable about sofa choices to meet our needs and specifications. It was a successful (that sometimes can be a stressful) shopping experience thanks to Christine. She was very personable and patient with us. Highly satisfied customers.

This store is horrible, absolutely no customer service. No one greeted me and my mother as we walked into the store. Joe sat down on a chair while playing on his cellphone, looked me right in my face; and still did not ask if I needed assist. Another sales guy, Stewart was on the floor who look at me and walked away. Stewart continually walked around the store never once acknowledging me nor if I needed assistance. I will never return to this store again. Sales personal stereotype.

Honestly, the most pain free furniture buying experience EVER. We are always skeptical when the sales personnel greet you at the door. Its overwhelming, well in this case it was a blessing. Rick is the most patient, understanding, non-pushy salesman we have encountered. Thank you for a fair price on new furniture. Its a range of good, better, best. We feel other furniture companys products are not as good as RTG. Thank you Rick. Wishing you tight lines on those days off!!

Went in to buy the montoro place leather sofa on Monday 6 October that was advertised in the Sunday paper as being on sale now thru Columbus day, only to be told by the salesman that it wasnt in the store. When I asked why they didnt have a sale item in the store he said, "we dont have room for it." Pretty poor excuse for an advertised item.

items delivered, driver left packing material in street. wanted to pick up items at store, was told "no problem, we will deliver" but did not realize charged for delivery & set up. did not read "fine print"wanted to return due to did not match decor, but no return were allowed. you bought it , you got it.

Had pretty much made up my mind on what I was going to purchase. I was met by Tom very friendly and informative. He took myself though the process of getting what I wanted. All in all very happy with the service I got. Will return for my future furniture buying.

My mother bought a mattress here about 2 weeks ago. The delivery crew did not take an old mattress back with them even though it was marked on the order. We called twice to schedule and they never called back. This store has poor customer service.

The man who helped me was wonderful and showed me all the options I had for the color couch I wanted and different ways I could lease it. Then they sent me a postcard in the mail a couple days later with a personalized note on it. Great service!
