Very unsatisfied with the quality of mattress. Paid $609.99 for a full size mattress that shifts from 12 to 2 inches in height when sat on. Trying to file a claim under warranty I have to take personal time to fill out paperwork and pay an additional $25 for inspection fees. Im 55 years old and ive been through a lot of mattresses and this is the first time I have to deal with problems like this.

The service at this store was great. The manager listened to our concerns and took the time to help us find the bed that was best suited to our needs. They had the cheap stuff as advertised, but we ended up getting something that was quite a bit nicer but still afordable. We received the bed that evening during the promised time. Outstanding service, and a good value; thanks guys!

Bought a bed from this location waited over a week to have it delivered upon delivery the drivers tore a hole in the mattress and torn my wall because it got stuck the delivery department agreed to have my mattress replaced contacted store and they told me they was not going to.replace my mattress or fix my damaged wall waiting on corporate to get back with me
