Management Customer service...Rude - non existent. In all fairness the sales person Kyle was professional and accommodating. We were from Key West and found a nice piece we wanted to take with us. After shopping around, we called back to the store and Kyle informed us they usually do not sell directly from the floor but they have done this before. Upon arriving Sunday noon time we were greeted by Kyle. We pointed out the piece we were interested in. We watched as Kyle approached a group of guys standing in the middle of the store drinking coffee. Kyle came back with a resounding “no Im sorry I cannot sell that piece off the floor”. I asked when he expected to get another one in. Kyle went back to the group and this time I noticed a small bald man on a computer, who appeared to be giving Kyle a hard time. I walked over and asked when they could get another piece in. Kyle turned and replied “in 2 days”. I asked for the manager and the small bald guy on the computer turned his head and said “I’m in charge and turned back to his computer as if I were bothering him. I started to explain I was leaving the next day and would pick it up the following day, Monday. That way they would only be without this piece for less than 24 hours. The small bald man peered over his shoulder and said “I am not authorized to sell that piece off the floor and again turned back to his computer. I asked if he could call the person who could make that decision. At this time the small bald man leaped off his chair, turned to me and said “I am not making that call” and scurried away like a rat. OK, this is a Sunday, noon time, no one is in the store and there are 5 sales people standing around drinking coffee. You would think one bird in the hand is better than 2 in the bush. Kyle the salesperson kept on apologizing and the other salesmen looked on as in disbelief. After calling the store we found the small bald guy’s name was Jimmy Cunningham. He must be a relative to a corporate VIP how else would someone with this level of customer service retain this job. By the way the customer service at Hudsons was outstanding.

Horrible customer service! Bought a living set and extended warranty. The cable to our recliner broke called the store and told us that its not covered. Imagine how upset I was especially since I spent the extra money on the extended warranty. Went into the store about 8 months later to look at couches and sales guy is telling me how wonderful their product is an how they stand behind it. I told them my experience and he was great enough to look up my furniture and sure enough it was under warranty. Made a service appt which could only be Wed or Fridays. Chose Wed and waited a week. Nobody showed up and I called the store. They then advise me they made a mistake and that their store doesnt service our area. (This is the Altamonte Springs store.) I asked why nobody called. Their excuse was that it fell through the "cracks". Made another appt with their store in Daytona. Told them Im not missing work again and that they need to be there before 11am. I need to be the first customer since there was only 3 service calls that day. You guessed it, nobody showed up before 11 and once again I had to call them to find out what was going on. Megan told me I need to call the Altamonte store. I told Megan its not my job and that she need to do her since she made the appt and didnt comprehend that the store manager told her the appt need to be before 11am. Not 11am to 1pm. Go somewhere else where you are appreciated. These folks need to pull a team meeting and get their acts together and get on the same page. Im sure the response will be "We are SORRY", and Ill bet Ill see more negative reviews about this company for customer service. Under promise and over deliver and not the other way around .

Bob Baglia was our in-store salesman who offered the best interior design and marriage saving advice! He did not rush my husband and I to make decisions, (we made two visits), and he did not pressure us into larger purchases than we needed. Bob helped us find the best styles and fit for our space. He also gave us a full tour of the store in Daytona. We ended up with 2 clearance pieces and were able to splurge on a matching power reclining leather sofa with USB ports. My husband was very excited about this, and I am already enjoying putting my feet up at 39 weeks pregnant! DAndre and Jay were our delivery guys. They were so understanding of the construction trucks blocking the street in our development. Both guys went above and beyond in set up and positioning of the 2 sofas and the dresser with mirror. DAndre anchored the mirror to the back of the dresser very well and Jay gave me advice in where to place it. They were even kind enough to move an existing dresser onto another wall to balance the space. I am so pleased with their patience and eagerness to help. My husband and I will definitely recommend the American Signature Furniture store in Daytona, and we will shop there again. I hope we get the same associates in the future! P.S. Bob earned us as customers whole-heartedly. When we first went in to the store to browse, we werent greeted or acknowledged by any of the several saleswomen who were too preoccupied chatting with themselves. My husband and I were browsing the Magnolia collection and weekly flyer before Bob finally had to say, "Heather..." but she disregarded him, and he willingling took us on.

Originally, I had posted a 1 star review of this establishment due to a completely nightmare situation. I would like to extend sincere and warm thank you and warm regards to Katherine, the store manager, and Dennis, the man who is in charge of the delivery crew for this store. Dennis personally showed up at my house with the delivery crew, what a touch to show how much he really cared. The delivery crew was prompt and courteous and set up everything perfectly and efficiently. Their attention to detail and stellar customer service remedied a huge problem and earned them a customer for life! I am so happy with the quality of my new furniture and would highly recommend purchasing from this store to anyone. You can rest assured if you do have a problem these two will make it right. Ask for Bob as well, he is a great, friendly and knowledgeable sales professional! I have 3 more rooms to furnish in my home, and this is where I will be again for that very soon. Thank you again Katherine and Dennis! *Update: 4/25/17 As promised I was back to buy my bedroom furniture. Kathryn was amazing again and Bob Baglia is tip top! They handled everything over the phone, and I didnt even have to step foot in the store! Totally amazing experience! You would be doing yourself a dis-service if you were shopping for high quality furniture at a reasonable price and went anywhere else. Love this place! Go in and ask for Kathryn and Bob Baglia, tell them Steve Moriarty sent you!

Horrible expirence. Took them 3 times to correct our order. We ordered a brand new mattress and electronic bottom that goes up,down,massage etc. We verify multiple times with the associate Jessica and we come to pick up go home and put it together, come to find out it was the wrong damn one. Not only was it more expensive but we had to bringo it back to the store, order the new bed and wait another week..... we go to pick up the new one, get home and yet again the wrong damn pieces... two head bases and no foot base. So we had to wait another week and received no discount off of our 3 week process simply because they dont know what theyre doing. We got the "new" bed today and it is scuffed up all over the damn bottom !!!!!! Never shopping here again, ever !!!!!
