Rooms To Go: My wonderful family purchased a Redan Sectional from this location for our Christmas gift. I called the customer service the weekend after it was delivered stating when we sat on the sofa we heard a loud crack and the back support on the chase was very loose. Can you please explain to me why the tech who was sent out to inspect my Redan Sectional and stated "Absolutely Nothing" was wrong with it. Even after we showed him how loose the back of the chase was. I was told that is how it is supposed to be! Then I was told if you wiggle it, "its obviously going to move." The Tech even told me to go to the store and look at the floor model myself to confirm. Well I did, and its certainly not loose on the store model. The floor model is stiff as a board. Mind you the Tech who was sent out, didnt even want to look under the chase, we had to make him flip it upside down to inspect it further. Now I have to wait for his pictures to be received within the next 3 business days, which will not show much because he was so lazy and wouldnt confirm there was any issue with the loose back support on the chase, when I know for a fact there is an issue. Rooms To Go is only prolonging resolving this problem. I can assure you, our Family was not interested in purchasing a broken chase.... Sales guy was great here but when we went back to the store to confirm if our problem was consistent with the floor model, the store wouldnt even call Customer Service to assist us further. Seems like they just want to take you money and be done with you...

I was so excited to go buy new furniture! It had been so long since I could do this. So I bought what I thought would be my dream living room, the microfiber couch, chase and ottoman. Not even 2 weeks had gone by since delivery and the fibers started coming through the couch. I called, they came out, authorized an exchange. I didnt want the same thing to happen so I went into the store looked around didnt find anything that I liked so I asked them about returning the furniture. They said they could exchange the furniture and I told him that was fine but if it did it again they would have to exchange the furniture again. Upon saying that they authorize the return of my furniture. Three months later I am still getting billed from the credit card company and they want me to pay for bonding of furniture that I dont even have and was defective on their end. Like other reviews theyre all fine and dandy until something goes wrong and they want to blame and make the customer pay for things that are so clearly their fault. And every time I call, im told the office manager will call me back but I still havent received that phone call.

Ive been a client for RTG for more than 6 yrs. I been going for several occasions to purchase new furniture for my house @ the Waterford Lake location. Every time I walked into the store theirs a lack of Customer Service. Staff would greet you as soon as you walkin thru the door, but then your are left on your Own with a very minimum to none customer service. I could tell you that after my third attempt I could finalize my purchase THANKS to Manny Berrios. Manny will exceed customer service, to work toward your goals, will bring positive feedback, and bring a constructive approach. He walked the entire store back a forth with us numerous time. Even he move furniture from one place of the showroom to the other. Just to help us meet our goals and exceed our expectations. A companies success is as good as the service thier employee provide and Manny Berrios is that employee that makes the difference at the Waterford Lake Store.

I have to say and admit that I had a great experience with ROOMS TO GO in Alafaya , as soon as I walk in with my husband we did received full attention at all times; I love the way that the representative assist us and help us. She did made the process very easy . When I did recived my furniture the next day of purchase , I was very exited. I did call the next day after they send me an email/receipt of my purchase and I had a question. I did called Rooms to Go at 8:30 I had a wonderful experience with the custumer service . The lady that assist me with my question was very helpul and totally understand my concern . I was extreamely happy that I could speak to the lady at custumer service and she was so plesent to talk to....Very happy with how I was treated ...Totally recommend Rooms to Go at Alafaya(Orland)--Leydi Rodriguez

STAY AWAY!!! Went with my sister to purchase furniture here. She had to have the delivery done 6 different times. Every time it was delivered damaged. And we are not talking a few scratches. The legs broken off the couch. Table legs split off the coffee table. When she contacted them to remedy the issue they were not very helpful. Told her she was being to picky. She was buying brand new furniture from a retail store. Expected to be in new condition. I have seen less damaged furniture by the side of the road. She was making payments on it for 3 months before finally having a product she was willing to live with. She wanted to just get her money back on everything but they said all they could give her was a store credit. So now she has to live with the crap they have pawned off on her. Buyer beware.

Had one of the best experiences shopping here. I wasnt sure what I wanted but the sales associate Manny helped me find the perfect set. I never write reviews but he went above and beyond. He even moved pieces around for me to see what color combos I liked. And I never felt pressured! I felt like he truly wanted to help me and he did. So if you go to the waterford location to shop I highly recommend asking for Manny to help you. He is great at what he does and knows what inventory they have in the store. I bought so much I needed financing and the finance department help me get what I wanted and get me on my way. Many thanks to the rooms to go staff!

I was at Rooms To Go yesterday and today Im getting text requests to "rate" my experience. Im reluctant to ever walk into a Rooms.To Go store again because it appears they have the ability to capture your cell phone number with out you knowing it. I never have them my phone number. I never even have them my name. But they can send me a text. What else have the captured when it appears they scanned my phone. I want to trust a business when I walk in their store.

If i could i dont give any stars for them. Bought a dining table january 25th , they only have it for march 11 i accept that they confirm it by txt msg one week ago and now they just call me an told they couldnt delivery tomorrow, only on may 11 , two months more , a 1,200 dining table and wait 4 minths fornhave it. Should go to the American signature furniture. Rooms to go never more ! Stay away from there you too ...
