Excellent. Soooo glad to have this store here! Every time I am there the building is clean and organized! Someone asks if I need assistance in nearly every department- employees are very helpful and actually smile! One time a supervisor was extremely rude and hateful, but that was an exception to all my visits, so cant make a review based on that. Dealings with her since have been good. Hopefully all of this will continue as years and experience pass! Good job Menards!

Terrible.....the elderly lady in the appliance department I had to practically holla to get her to get off the computer and come and assist......was not happy about how I was treated while I drove thwre to look at purchase washer/dryer......if employees cant get off there azz and come and help customers.....they should have management acknowledge thwre lack of employment. ....will be going to Home Depot to purchase my washet/dryer.....

If there was a way to rate them zero stars, I would do it. The sales floor people are hardly around and never able to tell you where to go, the cashiers are slow and dont know much about what they are doing, and the front desk people are rude. Never shopping here again, I would rather buy the stuff online and wait for it.

Their just so helpful, they have an awesome collection from A to Z. One kid ran me about the store getting me exactly what I needed during our trek I learned he wanted this hunting knife for his birthday. I secretly bought and gave it to the manager for him, what Im trying to say is FANTASTIC service!

Was in there for 1 1/2 hours looking for materials not one employee asked if I needed help and when I asked they had no idea were it was and when they looked it up they just told me what department it was didnt take me over to it to help. But every employee had a smile and were very polite.

Wow w just got the best customer service i have experienced in several years. Star and Jacqulien in cabinets, Star in building materials and even the cart guys help package up and loaded or carpet and trim work. Wow that is an awesome store.

So I head here to replace some light switches and i find some for 2.97 a piece so I grabbed a few and head for the register to pay and they ring up at 12.97 and they refuse to honor the shelf price because there was a tag covering it up.

They only had three checkstands open and people were lined up at least 6 deep on each. Ive never seen it this way before. My time is very valuable to me and Im not waiting 30 minutes to check out. I left the merchandise and drove away

AMAZING selection. Seriously, everything except tools (which they have, just not the names I like to buy). Also, for buying a complete building package, the discount Menards offers is unbeatable. Great store, highly recommended.
