The staff at the Western Hardware store are extremely FRIENDLY and knowledgeable. Our house was built in 1998 and when we had a problem with our sprinklers in 2007 the folks at the store told us 1) who had built our house, 2) who had installed our sprinklers, 3) what the most likely problem was based on what other customers had problems with whod also had the same contractor. They were right every time and always had the solution that fixed the problem the first time. They were even more courteous and helpful when my wife had questions or needed help. I have never in my life had better service at a hardware store. STRONGLY recommended.
