I called to ask about an extra charge and got nothing but a mean attitude and the guy said he was the owner. It was a fuel charge he said.. I had rented before and never got an extra charge so I was just asking. When I asked if he would do the same if he had an extra charge he hung up on me. Very immature and unprofessional. Hopefully he was just having a bad day but I dont think Ill ever go back.
