First, the smell of grease was so overwhelming I kept having to take my kids outside for fresh air. We have been to many different locations in different states and this has never been an issue. My husband needed one large item and it took 45 minutes to locate it and find someone to help us get it to the front of the store. Stood in line for 10min and the lady never even looked up from the ad or acknowledged me at all. When I give up and decide to change lines the guy at the other register tells me hes closing. I look over my shoulder to see 15 other people in line. After another 5 minutes the lady finally picks up the phone and asks for someone to open another register. 5 minutes later a guy finally shows up and I change lines again and he apparently has no clue how to use the register or enter coupons off the phone. What was supposed to be a quick trip turned into almost 2 hours of dealing with complete incompetence.

I love the discounts here. Be careful make sure to check for quality as well as price. The store is clean. Location is not preferred. Their parking lot is no good. Not truck friendly and is a pain in the ass. Harbor freight implys theres room to even pick up your "freight". Large item pick ups will result in front of store, blocking traffic and being that "as$hole" unintentionally. Just sucks.

Nothing unique here. Just another tool store. The help are not overly excited to be here. The feeling here from employees standpoint is "I cant wait to get off" just not very happy or friendly. Felt like I was being watched at every turn. My overall thought is the tools are not high quality and probably dont last.

The tools they sell here are just alright to tell you the truth. Maybe one step above a Walmart or other department stores. By the way the customer service is horrible. Was in line for 30 minutes and only 1 person was ahead of me. Wouldnt recommend going to this mediocore establishment.

Quality of welders gloves I tried on are pretty stiff and uncomfortable. The brand with the goat skin is okay more comfortable. Check out cashier rude

They have good tools and good prices theyre not cheap tools I have broke more Snap-on tools than I have Harbor Freight tools!

Amazing variety - low prices. For the occasional DYI that doesnt need contractor grade tools, this is the bomb!
