This review does not reflect my experience with Home Depot. Home Depot has a very friendly staff and has always been very helpful. My review is in regards to a Ryobi product they sell. I purchased a Ryobi string trimmer based on reviews and previous experience with Ryobi power tools. Shoppers beware. The trimmer was used for limited personal use on average, once every two weeks during the Summer months. A total of less than 20 hours. Upon trying to start it this Spring - it would not run. Come to find out it has a plastic cam shaft that had melted. After doing some research, I found that this is a common problem and Ryobi does not provide a replacement cam shaft? I contacted Ryobi to ask for help to replace the camshaft who refused to help in any way even though Ryobi is aware of this problem design and melting camshafts. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a string trimmer or any other power tool avoid the Ryobi brand. The Ryobi company is in it for the buck and their customer service is deplorable when it comes to even attempting to solve a loyal customers problem. DO NOT BUY RYOBI PRODUCTS!!

Generally I dont do business here, due to so many numerous reasons in the past, so I suppose this is my own fault for thinking things of changed at the store. Silly me. First, when a customer places an online order and you send them not only an email, but also a text, confirming their order is ready for pick up… you should probably follow through and actually do your job. I arrived approx 90 minutes after this confirmation to find out that not only can your associates NOT find my order, though I have a printout with me, the order was never actually completed... Now that Im already 40 minutes into this visit that should have taken less than 15 minutes, I asked for assistance to unload all of the materials into my truck. I wait another 10 minutes to find no associates are even coming outside. But when I see one standing around, busy on his phone, and ask for his help he looked back at his phone and held his finger up, indicating "just another minute". So I proceeded to just load everything myself without help. Thank you, Home Depot of Pueblo, for confirming that I will never be a customer at your store again.

My LAST experience SUCKED. The Pueblo management is incompetent. Thats right I said incompetent! Their record said I had to pick up tile that was ordered and notified me to do so. I told them I paid and picked it up already. Im not a thief and told the Store Manager that. He was suppose to clean up the records. I received another notice that another order came in. I went there this morning to be presented another pallet of the same tile! What a bunch of idiots! I was going to leave with $1k plus dollars of FREE TILE that I could of driven around the block and returned to get my $$ back. But Im not a thief! I asked to talk to the Store Manager and explained the issue. He had no knowledge of the issue. Thats because the local Home Depot has FOUR MANAGERS (4)!! I didnt want one manager covering this up for the other incompetent issues. I asked to talk to the District Manager over the store an his number. The "Store Manager" gave me the 800 number. You get push 1 for this and 2 for that. No way to get to upper management. Why do YOU go to HD when Lowes is around the corner. I will never step into that store again!

I just wanted to thank Damian, John and Hugo for making my trip to Home Depot such a positive visit. I live in Salida and had to drive an hour and a half to the Peublo Home Depot b/c I could not find the items my husband needed for a fence locally. My husband had called that am to ensure they had the lumber we needed in stock. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the store they were 30 items short of the size I needed. However, Damian was able to locate some lumber that was just a bit longer than what I needed and Hugo gave me a discount on my purchase. Thanks for loading up my trailer and spending the time to make my purchase and drive a positive one!

Customer service is great as long as you dont deal with the employees at costumer service. Was overcharged on some boards and even when I showed them they are in the wrong they said that an employee put the wrong boards there. Nop they were the right boards. Would not bend so I guess I just paid an extra $20 for the boards. Took the price tag off the item so no other customer gets ripped off and gave it to the wonderful customer service people. Remodeling our house in Beulah and have spent over $1000 in the last two days there but will not spend another time there luckily there is a Lowes down the road.

Cant decide who sucks more, home depot or Lowes. When it comes to buying appliances they screwed up every part of the order. I waited around all day for the delivery and it never showed up. No phone calls, no emails,nothing. When I later spoke to the manager he said they dont deliver to my area. Why in the hell did the sellsman say they did. Then they couldnt even find the appliances at their own store. It took about 4 hours of phone calls to get some answers. Now Im off to pick up the appliances myself. Wish me luck these guys could screw up a cup of coffee.

GREAT Customer service!!! I am in a wheelchair and woke up with a flat, called customer service and explained that I wanted to buy a small air compressor but had no way to get to the store to pick it up. Dana (the customer service rep) spoke to the manager and worked it out to bring it to me! They really helped me out of a bind! Thank you Dana and George for all your help!

Jim in Lumber was an amazing help. Loaded my truck with all of my purchases for me and was extra careful. Customer service was courteous and prompt. I bought my order online and it was packaged with care. Not a small load either. I felt very cared for and valued as a customer and pride in work shows. Recommend this store.

The handy mans and womans box store of dreams to come. Good customer service when you can track down a employee. Comparitve prices, quality products.

The worst home improvement chain in world. I cant believe how rude their employees are every time. I will never spend another cent of my business account here! I would rather spend twice as much and drive twice as far than set foot in another home depot. Hope Lowes stomps them all out of business!

Ehhh. (Shrug). They sell beetle kill pine tongue and groove where Lows does not. Just another national chain. They have a good costumer service and return policies. Got work truck broken into and some tools stolen in their parking lot.

Done try to save time by having them cut your material youll end up spending more time and money fixing the problems since the lazy assholes they hire dont know how to use a tape measure. My trip proved they cant even make a simple cut.
