When I first moved here (3 yrs ago) this was the worst Homedepot I had ever been in. Since then it has slowly transformed into a cleaner, friendly and organized store. I started to shop here again, then I met the lady manager during a return process of a product where she steped in and showed her belittling and arrogance in front of her subserviant employees, I hope a lot of people saw your stubborn arrogance. I as a Manager know that you have a lot of leway with company policy and discreation to make bigger decisions with out following the rules to the letter. Do you really think a $99 "LEMON" product is going to be worth all of this. You have my # you can stop this @ any time...feel sorry for your staff

This has also been the worst Home Depot that I have ever been to. Their selection is very lacking and a handful of associates are very rude. Although I visit constantly because I can save a few cents on the wood vs Lowes. This afternoon I sent my wife for some screws. I had the specifics written down. The associate made her feel dumb, and told her she needed these interior screws. Now I have to go back to return these screws for exterior ones. The problems that I have experienced here, I have never had anywhere. Edit: They have really stepped up their presentation. This is now my go to place for tools and materials. The prices cant be beat.

This week I went to HD Garden Center. As I walked in, Marcia offered me with a small bottle of ice cold water! Amazing. I felt welcomed like a favorite guest! Today I went back and was helped immensely by Jarrod, also known as JRod. He knew everything about fencing materials and how I could raise my fence height easily. Smiles and superb service. I do enjoy going to Kerrvilles Home Depot. It has small-town hospitality and service.

We shopped for 77 pine boards. The associate said they could band them together as we were driving back to Rocksprings. We waited almost 1/2 hr for someone to band the pine. Asked for assistance again and was told they were busy n didnt know when someone could do the banding. Asked to speak to a manager n none of the 3 could be found. We returned the boards n left the store. Not a good experience.

Did you know the 10% Military discount offered and advertised by Home Depot is for select items only? No plumbing, no lumber, and many other items are included in this fraud. I just purchased a chain saw and several other items only the chain saw was discounted. Never again will you find this disabled, retired veteran shopping in a Home Depot.

Have been pleasantly surprised with the help I have been getting at Home Depot recently. I work at a contractor based lumber company and havent enjoyed my neccessary visits to either Home Depot or Lowes for the lack of customer help. Compared to our company. But lately at least Home Depot has stepped up a bit!!!

Henry in plumbing was great, helped answer my questions and ensured I had the correct product. Roy is the one to see on appliances - knows the inventory well, and Vann at the service desk was very helpful w our rental truck return. Store was clean and had many items on sale.

Here its summer and our thermostat goes out. Took the thig to the store and was treated like an inconvenience. Order was due in Thursday. Its now Sunday and no part and no change in attitude towards the public.

Dont order on line-- If there is a problem you cannot get resolution. The customer service numbers are only manned by a computer that cycles over and over. Never again.
