This is the friendliest, most helpful home improvement center in Lubbock and the service hands-down better than that found in larger cities. We were facing a large, disruptive remodel to accommodate an aging parent. The tile, cabinet, and countertop selection at Home Depot was very good. The prices were as well, but the attentiveness of the customer service associates was outstanding. In particular, Keith in the flooring area gave us ideas we had not considered that were both cost-effective and tasteful in their presentation. Bill, in kitchen remodeling had an eye for aesthetics, combining colors and textures that were very attractive. Every time I visit this store I am reminded I do not need to go anywhere else.

Poor!! Run as fast as you can to Lowes!! We purchased a defective mower returned it within 2 wks they "fixed it twice in a month instead of refunding us. Then it was still having problems and they tell us its been too long to return. We have called every customer service number, spent hrs on the phone all week, can never get thru to a manager whether we call the store or go up there. The district manager and regional manager dont return calls. I am beyond disappointed with this company, we own a business and will not step foot in a home depot again.. Lowes on the other hand I give 5 stars their customer service is excellent!

I just love this particular Home Depot. Its location gives it a nice mixture of local and student employees who are all very helpful and plesent to talk with. I have even purchased a rather expensive pair of clamps that you would use to lets say glue a drawer back together and returned them like 2 days later and they happily accepted them back. I just told them I decide I couldnt afford them after I looked at the cost of my tuition(I actually couldnt so whew. Thanks!).

Horrible Service at this location. Had several mistakes with there work. Not Professional and I am still Fighting with them. My Son is Active duty Military and the only reason why we were providing this location with our service was because they support Military, but after this experience I will no longer be providing this location with my service. This Location should be black listed.

This location provides all the services you would expect from the Home Depot. This location, however, lacks the help you would come to expect. My last visit took me a little over an hour to find all the things on my list. But overall a good home goods and building supply store.

Disrespect from cashier was uncalled for. After speaking with managment, no action was taken. Closed my account with them after 3 years. Store manager completely incompetant regarding the situation. No resolve offered.

Very nice help but very hard to find. Never pick up their phones either so dont bother trying. Also they have no idea how to work their own inventory systems. Just awful, they never know how to answer your questions.
