Extremely disappointed with our local Menards, purchased a chainsaw a week ago, used it for less than an hour and it kept throwing the chain. I spent more time putting the chain back on than actually using the saw. I returned it for an exchange and the second saw threw the chain in less than half an hour even while i kept checking the chain to make sure it was properly tightened after almost every cut. The chain would not go back on on this bar, so i tried to return the second saw for a refund on my Menards card. They told to bad, i had to send it to a repair center and they would not take it back know matter what, they will not stand behind the products they sell so beware of the products you purchase from them. I will be cutting my Menardss card in half and never be a patron of theirs again.

I used to work here, but most of the team members here are very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of different items in stock and even more for order, great pricing and they guarantee the lowest pricing of all local competition. If you have any questions or concerns you can always bring them up the the team members and if they cant help then theyll find you someone who can. Now I didnt give it 5 stars because some of the team members are useless, and the receiving department in the yard can be slow. But over all it is a great place to shop.

We got charged incorrect prices at checkout, charging us over $150 extra. The manager was prompt to fix that issue. My biggest problem was later. While in the parking lot the group of kids working offered no assistance to my husband who was loading many large, heavy things. There were three of them right next to the pick up. So much for service these days.

I ordered a bed from them not only is it taking twice as long to get here then what they said it would when Id call and ask questions they would either hang up or not tell me anything. I have never been so disappointed and disrespected by store employees as I have been treated with Kearney nebraska Menards

Quality is good for the prices this is why I got my stuff here for my remolding project. Their delivery service is HORRIBLE. If you can pick it up yourself you should! The old guy is RUDE. The female cant handle carrying anything into your home. Waste of money! Find a friend to deliver if you cant!

I bought something on line from menards and bought the wrong size using their measurements and they charged me a 25% restock fee plus they took 25% of the tax that I paid also. I simply wanted something that they dont stock in the store but is not a custom order. I rate it as a 1 star or less

Menards. They are simply the best home improvement store for prices. Had to take a star for customer service on my last visit was horrible. I didnt know if it was because of my trump shirt or what.

Sales flyer said refresh paint on sale its not. Not very helpful. 4 employees standing around at paint counter took a couple minutes for them to even acknowledge customers. I wasnt the only one.

Menards is really the go to place for the do it yourselfer, with a wide variety of tools, parts, supplies, and materials. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful.
