I love this Hardware store. Of course they do not have the volume of the big box stores, but I always try to swing by here first because of the staff. They often have popcorn popped and the staff is really friendly. It seems to be a great local employer as the same staff has been there pretty much since they opened. They try their best to put the customer first and order things they do not have in store. Support this local gem.

I had the worst experience this afternoon at this store in a long time. The website post 8PM for closing time. We got there at 6:55 and were told to hurry because they were closing. Before we left they had already dimmed the light and besides that no one was available to help with what we needed. I will NEVER go back to this store and will suggest to everyone I know that they not go either. TOTAL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

RUDE! ARROGANT! I shop there when I have no choice. sales people need a school on manners. Bought nuts/bolts and brought to counter. Salesman said, "Well!", I guess I was supposed to tell him how many and how much! NOT PROFESSIONAL! TOTAL DISRESPECT!! I guess I didnt look like their "normal" customer! Beware if you look like you "work" for a living!! Ill be back...if I have no choice.

Some of the most helpful staff work here and can help you find whatever even if you are unsure what you need. They have home decor here as well but if you need any hardware, screws, hanging equipment or tools, they have you covered. Great location in the Cloverdale shopping center.

This used to be the place, not no more. The short chubby young man with glasses and beard is very rude to the customers. The clearances in the back, prices change and isnt marked right, so he says. We have tossed our ace card in the trash can. Will not be shopping here anymore!!!

This is a nice neighborhood hardware store. Obviously the selection wont be as great as a Lowes or Home Depot but they have a good variety of every day necessities (paint, fasteners, etc.). There is also a post office inside which is very convenient for the neighborhood.

I want to love Ace, I really do. The employees are always extremely friendly and helpful, but this store is out of what I need 75% of the time. Basic things like light switch covers, paint trays, picture hanging wire, wire strippers, etc. Its so frustrating!
