A bad little worm name Steve ruining the whole vegetable pot. The worst experience today with an associate named Steve which he is too busy picking up girls and more interest in talking about her tattoos than answering a quick yes or no question. The worst part is not only he rejected me with an attitude, he rejected another request from another associate like he has balls as big as the GM of the district and his only job is to court the same girl 5 minutes after my question. His upper manager needs to let him know that he is being pay by the hour and customers needs come before his picking up girls needs while on the job. And i hope his wife knows what he does at work. This is not the kind of service I would expect from people associate under the title PRO.

Went to the store to get info for a water heater. Nobody was in the plumming department. Supposedly there was two people on working. Customer service calls for Manager Yoanki. He doesnt do anything to assist me or the other customers. He replies "everyone needs help" in a condincending tone. WALKS off from me and other people in line. What type of manager does that. Read the reviews...this place is terrible. Do not buy from this location and maybe corporate will get the hint. Manager Yoanki does not care and its spreading to the staff. The customer service girl apologized and said it always happens. She redirected me to another store. They lost on a big ticket item. I will never again set foot in that Home Depot. 0 stars

My Wife and I went to look at doors, we were going to ask the Employee (Felix) a question but he was with another customer (Not a big Deal) We stood there and the the employee (Felix) never even acknowledge us at all not even to say "Hi I will be a few minutes" Nothing, in fact he was Rude!! There was another person that was standing in front of him and he did the same thing to him. I sat at the computer next to him (Felix) to look up the doors on our own and not once did he even say anything, I usually have a good experience at this home depot but Felix was RUDE and he needs a course in customer service!! 4/30/2017

I went there yesterday to pick up 2 pallets of tile. After walking for 20 minutes trying to find someone near the area someone finally showed up and let me clerify the store was not busy since it was around 8p.m They verify the tile was in stock. We saw the employee walk around looking for the tile back and forth on every isle.. went to the back to get help from the manager. The employee came back after we told another employee to assist since we have been waiting almost 45 min already. Manager didnt want to show up.. very unorganized ended up in another store.

I normally dont write negative reviews, but felt that I should share. I stood at the return line for 10 minutes...ALONE. Not once was I acknowledged or spoken to. I left without doing what I came to do. This was 8:50 to 9:00 am on a Saturday July 22nd. Watch the Security Cameras (Home Depot manager)at the RETURN DESK, Im the guy wearing a red shirt being ignored by the 6 or so orange aprons shuffling around me. Is this the worse thing to ever happen? No, it isnt! But its definitely a page out of the book titled, "HOW TO HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."

No matter what you need for building, maintaining or fixing your home, youre pretty apt to find it here. There is also a small selection of outdoor furniture. This is an easy location to find and easy to get in and out of. There is plenty of parking, too. Along with all of the usual home stuff, there is a nice size garden section with a good selection of plants and shrubs from palm trees to herbs. There are also some home supplies that you might not expect to find, like toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Service was quick and efficient.

What an excellent visit. I do not like coming here on weekends due to the crowds and craziness, but today was a very good visit. I had three orange aprons help me perfectly directing me to what I needed. Even checked out in the Pro Checkout and had no Hassell and was out in minimal time. Seemed like a throwback to the days when you given great service at Home Depot, rather than current day of hoping to be able to hunt someone down for help. Great job Home Depot, please keep it up.

Employees are never available to help our in doors.. They are always busy or not in. Trying to get a door installed and it has taken them 4 months. I still dont have my door... No updates on what is going on.. The finger has been pointed to all over the place no one takes responsibility of what is going on. Im here paying for a door that I have no idea when Im going to get it. No one seems to know horrible customer service. With Lowes as their competitor they need to do better..

This Home Depot is one of the worst stocked I have ever visited. Just moved to Coral Springs and on several occasions I needed to ask for the employees to stock the shelves, which was usually to much trouble. I was told that they were out or to come back tomorrow cause we stock at night. Great service Home Depot!

Very umpleasent. Where is Customer Service When you have to help yourself and then wait for an associate minutes later b4 you are assisted. Keep your machines some place else we do not need them. or CANDIES ON OUR WAY OUT. We need nice and corteous cashiers. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you !

Grossly incompetent in every aspect every time I attempt to do anything with this store. They dont know how to reload contractor cards. They will talk you out of vertical blind purchases just so they dont have to cut them. Zero customer service anytime I attempt to do anything in this store.

I was going to purchase 6 blinds for my new home, a purchase of at least a couple of hundred dollars. Unfortunately they lost the sale and a customer. I asked several people that I needed help in that isle and no one showed up. I left after more than half an hour of wait. Bad service!

Not enough registers opened. When I went to exchange something they refused to exchange it and instead refunded me and made me stand in another line to check out. Had to wait half an hour. Their reasoning for not doing both transactions at the same time was because they had "a line"

Had a lot of stuff to take care of at Home Depot today, and all the staff i dealt with were super helpful and nice. Thank you Don Webb, Jeff Marr, David Hearth, and Sally Garcia. Its people like you that make your Home Depot my favorite Home Depot. :)
