Aldi is a great place for low prices if you are looking for specific foods. I typically have a list of items I purchase at Aldi and then get the rest from another store. Certain items, such as the artisan lettuce pack and spaghetti sauce, are always on my list! I used to pay a substantial amount for spaghetti sauce at Trader Joes whenever heading to Raleigh, but decided to try Aldis sauce - same great taste and way cheaper! Just be aware that they wont always have what you need, dont have bags (I always forget mine, too) and stock their shelves with the boxes the product came in, and youll be a happy savvy shopper!

Great store, reasonable prices. My only complaint is that I end up spending more money than I plan on every time I go there because of the deals and selection available... and of course, I have to make sure to have correct change on hand to "buy" a shopping cart ~ and make sure also to bring bags with me in order to carry my items home! But these are all trivial matters in comparison to the savings you receive! It is usually a pleasure to shop at ALDI ~ the only time I have not enjoyed the experience is when they are crowded... and since when is it a pleasure to shop at ANY store then?

Good quality products. Not too many familiar name brands products but, not a deterrent. There house brands are high quality. Unique products. Bring your own bag and a quarter for a shopping cart.
