first time i went there to buy some flowers which i would never go back again,for the price i paid for the flowers i could careless all thought 30 dollors is nothing for those flowers i bought,there was some bad once in there actually more then couple once but i liked the way it was designed i simply asked the lady who was there behind the counter if she could replace them for me,SHE RESPONDED IM OFF THE CLOCK,so i was thinking the worst thing you do is to tell that to customer.its so messed up i would drive another couple miles next time i need flowers and i live next to you guys which sucks.

This Safeway is the closest grocery store to me but I avoid going here because I consistently have issues with the quality of their produce and especially their dairy. The milk cooler is disgusting. Old curdled milk is always on the floor at the base of the milk racks and the milk cartons frequently smell and are dirty. Plus their prices are three highest in town. I rarely can buy milk there for less than $3.50 and it consistently costs $3.99. (That is for the generic Lucerne brand let alone the name brand). The upside is that they give gas discounts.

Went here on a Sunday to get steaks for the fam. I was looking around for the best cut, here comes the butcher. He asked what cut I was looking for, and how I planned to prepare the steaks. Following our conversation I was asked to wait. Eric came back with the most amazing looking ribeyes ever. The marbling was textbook. I have to say, Eric the butcher made me look like a superstar that evening with the fam. Eric I appreciate your WOW+ attitude and over the TOP approach. Fan for life. The bakery had some really fresh items and there was a good variety of food available on a holiday weekend. The checkout was weird... to me. The cashier wouldnt make eye contact or any conversation, though he just finished friendly banter with the previous customer. He didnt place the bags in the cart either, but maybe it was just me.

The customer service is horrible, especially at the pharmacy. Everytime I go, theres usually 1 cashier. I asked where they were and all the employee said was that it wasnt busy...the one line was backed up into the food aisle. What happened to customer service?

We are done with this place. Safeway corp. has major issues then they turned us away on Christmas Eve when the doors were still open. A large man stopped me on the way in. Turn customers away when they need something they will never return.

The store is getting run down. Dairy section is filthy. Clams in the seafood section 2 weeks past their sell by date and obviously bad. Needs better management. Parking lot is symptomatic of what is inside.

Its okay. Ive never seen a grocery store run out of milk so often. Found mozzarella in the deli two weeks past expiration. Produce is a crap shoot. Sometimes great, sometimes awful. Not highly recommended

Never have enough lines open but its conveniently located near Braemar and can have great discounts with a Safeway card! Having a Starbucks is super convenient as well!!

I drove from centreville to this safeway at 1130 because is "open to 1am" according to what it says here, the place actually close at 12, deoce and couldnt shop.

Great Grocery Store with Friendly Staff and it even has a Starbucks and a Deli inside! Highly recommend it!

Local shop near my home go there all the time. Clean, organized plenty of cashiers and self paying spots.
