This is the worst place to eat at. I just moved to Rocky Mount, everyday I would see the parking lot full so today I decided to stop in July 8, 2016. The customer service is the absolute worst I have ever came in contact with. NICK or whatever his name is, is very disrespectful as I was trying to pay for my food he continued to hurry me along telling me Im taking to long I was in the way...After getting home I open up my bag it had 4 wings, hush puppies, rice & gravy....First let me say this for $5.00 I should have know this was the bottom of the barrel food thrown to the poor just to say they ate. Ok so hmmmmmmmm Im gonna try this junk! Ate a spoon full of rice the rice was hard and undercooked and a bone the size of a knuckle in my mouth.(where did it come from?? Ok I threw that away! Grab me a chicken wings against my better judgment, slit it open and the chicken was so RAW I think so blood flew out! I called back to the store where the Jerk NICK answers the phone. I tell him my concern and he immediately starts cussing at me it tells me to not bring the food back if I do he will F**k me up and call the police so Im laughing 1. I never been f**ked up in my life 2. I will not get back in my car and waste my time to drive back up there for $5.00 3. I just wanted you to know just in case somebody becomes ill. I dont know who in the CITY OF ROCKY MOUNT NICK has in his pocket but there is No way this establishment should still be open. Nobody cares because its in the "hood" but we the people should stop spending your money in the place! People are getting sick and dont know why, nobody takes the time out to find out why? Serving raw chicken and anything this else that isnt properly stored. When was the last time the health inspection paid this place a visit?? Or is NICK PAYING THEM TOO? This place is a health hazard & a danger to this community. STOP EATING THERE! He dont give a damn about you nor your mother, kids or father he is disrespectful & as long as yall keep spending your money there he will continue to treat you as less then a person.

The food is absolutely amazing. The ladies are friendly. We drive from Raleigh to eat there. However, it anger us the way we have heard the management speak to the workers and I always have to say something to him. It is hard to listen to him disrespect and degrade the ladies in front of the customers. Hes going to disrespect the wrong one some day. But, it is a great little outing for us to get some great food.

The doors of this place should be closed immediately, the customer service is horrible, the treatment of the staff is horrible, the food preparation is incredibly nasty, and the owner of Key Foods has the worst disregard for black people in the community, poor white women, Hispanics, and foul name calling. I pray they will go out of business soon.
