Usually only have 2 lines open no matter what day of the month And no matter what time of the day. The cashiers are super slow and clearly hate their jobs. The store always has beggars outside. When you walk in the smell of old rotted soda and juice perforats from the bottle deposit area (smells like nasty mop water always) floors are always sticky and dirty when you walk in. I honestly dont even purchase from the hot food area because i worry about health hazards as the place just looks dirty and screams stomach bug. I honestly go 25 minutes out my way tothe 24hr tops onthe other side of town just because i know their store is better taken care of and the employees are friendlier. The food is safer. I avoid this location at all cost. WORD OF ADVICE AVOID THIS STORE AT THE 27TH OF EVERYMONTH UP UNTIL THE 9TH OF THE NEXT MONTH. When rhose foodstamps and ssi checks come in the store gets packed lines are horribly long and the shelves are always understocked.

Yikes, I cannot say Ive been to a grocery store that had an armed police officer stationed at its entrance before. Nothing about this small Tops screamed safe, friendly and convenient to me. Selection in the store is much smaller in comparison to other locations. I would call this more of a Tops Express than a standard Tops Market. They only had to lanes open, none were express, and we had to wait to check out 15 minutes just for a beverage. It almost wasnt worth it if it wasnt so warm outside. Shop at your own discretion.

The line of customer service on the weekends only have one maybe two people in it the lines are longer than any other tools I have been in you need to out at least 3 people in customer service order app Western Union on the weekends Im tired of waiting 30 minutes in line just to get $5 and numbers its ridiculous

Over priced, Very very slow and limited check outs available. Inventory prices inflated, when on sale you can get same products elsewhere for 40 percent less every day. Not a Rochester Business being from Buffalo New York

Garbage store. Consistently understaffed, lines are ludicrously long, prices are too high unless Uncle Sam is footing the bill, and the selection consists of processed leftovers and near-dead produce. Avoid at all costs.
