We only needed a few things so we decided to go to Topsas it was 9pm. We went through the checkout and the cashier ignored the customer in front of us while having a conversation with someone who seemed to be her daughter using the ATM machine. The cashier was not paying attention at all to her customers. When we got up there the conversation expanded to cashier, daughter and 2 other employees as the debit card was sucked into the machine. I did speak up about how wonderful the customer service was. Maybe if she waited until her break or when she didnt have customers to have a conversation about giving her daughter money or using the ATM, this wouldnt have happened. If I wanted this kind of service, we would have gone through self checkout. This is the biggest reason I normally travel to Wegmans.

I went into tops on 8/21/17 to buy an itunes card which they keep behind the customer service. The customer service which closes at 8pm. Which does not make any sense as to y they do keep them back there. The manager was walking by as I was telling a clerk I was there to get an itines card and could of eadily gone back and gotten 1. As long as they keep them behind the counter they will lose money after 8.

People are very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of anything youre looking for. And they have some random things you wouldnt think theyd have. They have self checkout. They have a bulk candy section, deli, fresh fruit and veggies, meat and seafood, a cafe and a bakery, and they also have a pharmacy.

Donald must be an employee. The pharmacy is ok. I dont like flies in with my baked goods, the bread is usually hard, and the bakery employees scowl (if you can find one) if you ask them to slice bread for you. They routinely sell out of date products past their sell-by dates.

Shop the sales. Lots of options including hot and ready foods, but the prices tend to be high unless there is a sale. Watch the flyers for great deals.

Seems to have difficulty with keeping products in stock. Products are dropped that you have purchased for a long time. Very frustrating.
