Goldmine Jewelry really has the nicest people! I bought a diamond ring and bracelet, gold earnings and silver necklaces for my wife from Goldmine Jewelry over the past five years, and I wouldnt buy from anyone else. I got a Seiko watch for myself based on their recommendation and I couldnt be happier. Plus they bought a bunch of broken gold jewelry and silver flatware at better prices than others I tried and gave me cash on the spot. They always give excellent advice, and have kept me from getting in trouble on several occasions! Also fixed two watches, running perfectly now! Highly recommended.

I have been in this store numerous times due to its convenient location but I will not step foot in there again. The floor manager is aloof, the merchandise is nothing special and the service is unimpressive. I had a Movado watch that I took there twice within one month to be repaired - it has broken yet again (before I even got it on my wrist!) and I will not take it back for a third time - its a simple pin in the bracelet band that needs to be replaced. Location is great and if its inexpensive jewelry youre looking for, you may be satisfied. I was not.

Stopped in last week to sell some gold jewelry items that have been sitting in my wifes jewelry box unused for years. Tom Martin. the owner was absolutely delightful and very patient. He explained the whole prceedure. Evaluated each piece and gave us a great price on everything. We would highly recommend this family owned merchant. We believe them to be very honest and fair.

I recently had my watch battery changed by another jewler who messed it up. Took the watch to Gold Mine who not only fixed the problem, but did it for free in under 2 hours! Great customer service!
