I went to Wake Forest Jewelers recently with several things - I needed a ring re-sized, a necklace clasp replaced, and two bracelets needed new clasps. For the bracelets, I got the magnetic clasps which are WONDERFUL. So easy to put them on now so I will wear and enjoy them more. They also replaced a clasp on a necklace and got out some knots in the chain which I didn’t think could possibly be removed. Everyone there was helpful and I was very pleased with the work and with the price. They really helped me with the ring sizing, and as a result I got the ring a bit smaller than I would have asked for. But it’s just right, very glad for their advice on that. I didn’t buy anything new, but they had some beautiful things and I will return there when I am in the market for jewelry.

Absolutely Fantastic Service! This is the first time Ive done business with WF Jewelers, but it will not be the last. Anne-Marie is as friendly as they come, and the jeweler is very highly skilled. I needed a class ring with extremely detailed artwork rhodium plated, and then re-antiqued. WF Jewelers have produced a quality that larger name companies cannot rival, in my experience. To top it off, the price was incredible compared to the "big box" companies I had shopped. Turn around time was less than 24 hours, and the ring detail is better than it was when I first received the ring! Im so pleased, and I cant wait to do business with WF Jewelers again!

My experience at Wake Forest Jewelers was above and beyond anything I had seen at other stores. Derrick was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in and helped us design the perfect ring for my fiancee. Even though it was Christmas time he worked over the holiday break to procure a very specific stone and went through many revisions with us to get it just right. Even after buying the ring Derrick continued to be responsive to our needs. He helped us resize the ring two separate times and even shipped the ring overnight so we would not be without it long. Fantastic service and even better people.

Needed to have some jewelry appraised for resale. The first lady who helped me (not an owner) seemed to have an attitude when trying to help me, but then Derrick stepped in with his kind demeanor and quickly helped me with what I needed. He was extremely efficient at appraising my 75 pieces of jewelry. The store was surprisingly busy, but everyone got helped kindly and efficiently by the two owners. This store has beautiful pieces of jewelry for sale also. Many distinct pieces that you wouldnt find at a place like Zales or Kay. I left a happy new customer.

After a long day of shopping for just the right pair of diamond earrings, I found myself very defeated. I visited every chain store in the triangle area and just wasnt happy with what I found. I walked into Wake Forest Jewelers 30 minutes before they were to close and I couldnt have been treated any better. They were amazing. I absolutely had the best experience with Derrick. I was looking for a new setting for my engagement ring. He had inventory and catalogs, but nothing caught my eye. Derrick then said, I can make you one!! That was all I needed to hear. We then started designing, I sent him pictures, etc. He whipped up computerized images and together we finally created my perfect ring! Derricks patience is to be commended as I kept tweaking and tweaking. It is gorgeous and I just love it. Wake Forest Jewelers and Derrick are my go-to jewelers!!

I was not sure what to expect when I visited this jewelry store. I was used to dealing with the big box stores in the malls. This is a family owned jewelry store run by the actual owners. We were welcomed and he listened to ourvwants and needs. He installed a ring guard on my wifes ring and cleaned it right away for our 20th wedding anniversary! There is a huge selection of new and previously owned jewelry to choose from. I an very pleased and will definitely be back!

I went into Wake Forest Jewelers while visiting family and was impressed with the variety of styles they offered. I have become used to seeing the same pieces that look like they were produced using a cookie cutter in too many stores. Not only did they offer pieces ranging from classic to modern, but had a good price range, too. The lady that waited on me was helpful and knowledgeable. I left my jewelry for two weeks and never got a call. They said that they left a message, maybe I didnt recieve it. They are very friendly but the way they fixed my jewelry looks terrible. I have very dainty jewelry and they just repaired them with large loops... They never talked to me about it or anything. Like I said they are extremely nice but I just would never take my jewelry there to repair again.

I recently inherited a few sentimental pieces. I had the jewelry appraised for insurance purposes. The appraisals were thorough and detailed for a very reasonable price. I also had a couple of rings re-sized and rhodium plated. I am very pleased with the outcome and the quick turn-around time. I much prefer to give my business to a small local shop than a corporation.
