I enjoyed shopping the eclectic selection of this small shop. I really liked the large selection of fine scarves and jewelry handmade locally and internationally. The store has a great selection of beads and jewelry making supplies. There is also some clothing for people and American girl dolls. Susan (the owner) has carefully catalogued the source of seemingly every product in the store. She was even able to tell me the name of the tribe in Thailand that silversmiths who handmade my gorgeous earrings are from. Unfortunately, I forgot pretty much immediately. This would be a 5 star review, but the things that make this shop such a refreshing find are also negatives for many shoppers. The store is really small. The space is set up nicely, so even in the small space, shopping feels like a treasure hunt. A small shop also means limited selection as far as styles and sizes of clothing offered. Overall, I had a lovely experience shopping at Shenandoah Moon and would recommend visiting the shop.

Shenandoah Moon is a great little shop with so much to offer. There are plenty of beads and findings for DIY as well as great instruction by the owner or her helpers. If she cant do it, shell help you find someone who can. The shop is also filled with local and handmade products, including wearable art, soaps, jewelry, and all kinds of goodies. If youre in town, its definitely worth a trip.

I bought a sweater and crystal ornament and I ended up talking with the friendly proprietor for about 30 minutes. They had a lovey selection of treasures to shop through and the prices were very reasonable.

Lovely little shop that certainly has something for everyone. Gifts, Jewelry, crafting supplies, yarn, beads, and they even teach classes. Definitely worth your time to visit!
