I took my Bulova Precisionist watch to this Zales three times to try and get them to honor the warranty and fix it, because the watch no longer worked. I had purchased the watch in 2011 with a three year manufacturer warranty and a two year extended warranty. This would keep the watch under warranty until 2016. 1. They claimed the warranties run together and they do not offer an extended warranty, even though the receipt said it was an extended warranty. 2. They said my watch does not run with a battery and they would have to send it to be repaired. 3. They would not look to see if my watch did take a battery and would not touch it. The watch was purchased at Zales and Zales is a carrier of Bulova watches. 4. A lady told us she worked at Zales for over 20 years and offered no solutions on how to fix this watch that was purchased at Zales! I do not recommend Zales to anybody purchasing jewelry. I took this watch to Finks Jewelers in the Barracks Road shopping center. The offered me great customer service and found that my watch does run with by battery power and fixed it for $12.95 within the hour!

I recently applied for a Zales card and was very happy with it at first. I brought my mother a christmas gift last year from Zales. That happiness turned into a complete disaster quick with this company. I went into the store at fashion square mall and paid my account off with a check. Two weeks later i received a bill in the mail stating that my account is past due. I have called, sent copies of my electronic check from the bank (which has cleared by the way) and yet I still owe this place money. I will be taking any kind of further action if necessary with this company especially if it goes on my credit report as a deliquency. What an upset!!
