I ordered a small keg for a surprise birthday party for my husband. The guy told me with no clear instructions to go get it myself, I searched in the back room full of kegs and couldnt find one with my name so I picked a keg without anyones name that was the beer I ordered. I carried it by myself to the front and barely made it there and told him again I ordered online and he said there should have been one with my name on it and only then he went back and looked and found one with my last name misspelled. He rung me up and told me I was good to go but didnt give me the tub or tap I had also rented. He said they dont have any way to see what we ordered online so we have to ask for the items. Then I had to carry the keg to the car by myself while two other male employees just talked to each other and watched me struggle. I almost never write reviews and it was only a 75$ keg but I was pretty disappointed mainly with customer service and the fact that the online ordering is so unorganized. Ive been to total wine before multiple times and never once had a problem. I hope it was just a fluke and a bad day on their part.

Like their name states, they have a lot of wine.. We went for beer and they had a very good selection but I was surprised to see that they didnt seem to have a special love for NC beer. The international selection was okay, nothing special. Prices on single bottles, mix six packs and 22oz bottles are all very good.

Needed desperate help for party of 25+ for cook out. Red wine no problem. White wine in a panic to make great choices and not break the bank. So happy with all wines and guidance. Thank you over and over. Its my fav place to get great wine at great prices.

Love total wine. If you want a big selection of wine and beer this is your place, it can be a bit overwhelming though. I think you can always come into this place and find something new to try and the staff is quite helpful too.

This is a very nice beer and wine store. They have a pretty wide selection of wines from all over the world. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are good and they have discounts if you buy in quantity.
