My husband and I have been coming to this establishment for a long time. Today we came in to buy our usual products and as soon as we walked in we were followed by a representative (Scott) and questioned if we were of legal drinking age we responded and said yes but he never asked for our IDs. The representative continued and said "OK its just that we have been having problems here" and followed by saying "They are going to ask for ID up front anyway". As my husband and I get to register as coincidence would have it he does not have his ID I send him to the car to see if he dropped it as I walk up to the Cashier Melissa. As I walk up to her she is speaking into her earpiece saying " Yea he stepped out" she goes on to ask for my ID and if I was accompanied by someone. I told her yes that he is looking for his ID in the car. Unfortunately, my husband left his ID at home and we could not purchase anything. As I left I realized how wrong these series of events were and I had to make a point. If we werent of legal drinking age and we were going to get ID up front what was the point in confronting us. We went back home got his ID and bought our usual. We asked Melissa if we can speak to whoever she called over to check on us and she claimed she sent no one. We finally got Scott to meet us and let him know how both of their actions tainted our buying experience and made us feel profiled from the second we walked in. What is most interesting of all of this final interaction is that the manager just passed us by and did not try to make anything right or offer support.

Wow. I literally cannot believe the terrible customer service at this place. Having shopped at TW since my days in Chicago, I know this place does not live up to company standards. I have patronized this location four times now, and four times left upset and ready to drink the beer I purchased just to clam down--maybe thats their gimmick? Tick you off so badly you have to drink! To explain todays visit, Scott (the manager) ignored me and my friend (both female) FIVE consecutive times, once he blatantly blew past us after we said "excuse me" while struggling with a six pack mix-and-match holder. We literally could not get his attention (mind you, he wasnt helping anyone else). Finally our male companion joined us in the aisle, and SUDDENLY Scott was a store manager! He became friendly, chatty, asking our male friend how he could be of service--all the while, we were still struggling. If this werent bad enough, once we made it to the register, our cashier girl--Ashley--could not have been less enthusiastic about her job. We were all ready with IDs and cards, anxious to leave, and she was grumpy, rude, encapsulating a tone of disgruntled worker at our expense. Maybe this is why this place is always empty no matter what day or time we go. Very disappointed. The only positive side is excellent selection and price. Guess thats why theyre still open. Its certainly not because of gems like Scott.

My first experience wasnt very memorable. I walked thru the entire store passing a few employees and felt totally ignored. Not once was a greeting said then when i found what i was looking for and proceeded to check out got to the register and noticed a bottle of wine that was left behind by a previous customer on the register belt and notified my not so cheery cashier and her response was " if it is not yours dont worry about it! Whom ever put it there will come back to look for it! My concern was that as the belt was moving the bottle was rocking since it was upright on the belt! Not a great way to respond to a customer. I feel staff should be more engaging with customers and make them feel comfortable.

Great selection very bad customer service. I normally go to the one in Tampa and I am greeted and informed about different liquors selections. But this store is the total opposite. Came in to pick up preordered liquor and as soon as I step in the store without a hello the staff asked for id. Then I proceeded to the cigar selection, which I told the another staff that the cigars had mold on them and they told me that was the wrapper which is was not. The last straw was when I went for a cocktail mix that was non alcoholic and was again carded. Like you all are that uneducated that you dont know the product that you sell in the store. Will never go in there again, I will stick to Tampa.

Poor management went today to pick up a bottle of wine to enjoy with my family and arrived a few minutes before closing the manager with large loop earrings told us that they closed early because because they want to get out early since no one had made it before us licensing board we told him to just allow us the five minutes before they close and we would make it quick instead he said do whatever you want so instead I just wrote this review maybe someone will get back to him and he will treat customers with more courtesy when theyre visiting from out of town

Comes From Boston to visit my family go to the liquor store to buy a drink to share with my family and was 9: 55 pm being at the door one of the people working in one that has earrings and would come and He told me it was closed because they had to go at 10:00 pm this was this was Sunday I did not want to sell alcohol left me at the door before 10 pm the staff started out until I mocked my I feel totally bad because I do not know if Im Hispanic or why am Mexican

Very surprised. Great selection and nice looking store. But had bad customer service experience. Was not greeted by anyone when I came in the store. I was looking for a particular item and walked past one employee 3 times. He never looked up from his phone. I finally asked someone else to help me and though he did help, made it seem like he was being bothered. Maybe I went on a bad day. Or maybe this is not a good location. I will give them another try.

They had Harpoons The Craic in six pack still! Grabbed the last one. However, be aware that some prices havent been adjusted. Trust me. I work in a grocery chain and understand if not sympathize. But just make sure you know the price of the beer and/or wine with proof to back your word up. But their overall layout is very welcoming and functional. Very viable classroom. Staff very helpful. Of colonial is out of a beer I want then Ill go here.

This makes trip number 3 Ive made out of my way specifically to this store to pick up a hard to find beer, that they end up not having. They repeatedly cite "inventory issues" that cause them to say they have the item when I call to confirm and check online. Good selection but horrible customer service and associate ignorance. I will not be back, and will order online now to ensure I dont keep wasting my time.
