This place has something special thats not just at every other liquor store or exclusive through them which is really nice if your looking for something different than your ordinary. The staff is knowledgeable and always trying to learn. I speak with Jeff, W/tequila, bourbon & whiskey. Alex W/Tequila, Bourbon & drinking accessories. Ella W/Vodka and all Wines & Champagne theyre great ! Its super clean organized extremely well, friendly & well lit. The parking is great and you can actually return any purchase that has a yellow tag, if youre completely dissatisfied with it, that speaks volumes of someone standing behind the products they carry and the recommendation they make. There is also a glass case at the end of most isles with the premier high $$$ stuff ! If your new or old to the area I think you must try this place, I highly doubt youll be disappointed.

The manger was horribly rude. A problem arose and she gave us the worse attitude. I will never spend a dime here again. When my mother, who looks white goes into the store with me and my sister they dont ask to see all our IDS. But when me and my sister go in without my mom they want to see both our IDS. Im 24 , I dont see why my sister had to have her ID. If you have a rule there shouldnt be an expception. Racist establishment ! I dont look white at all so no one geeeted me nor asked me if I needed assistance. On the contrary they gave me weird looks. But walking in wth my mother they have great customer service ! The manger also told us we couldnt come back for the day. Why would I come back ever ? Not to mention that the WHITE lady in the next cashier was paying her alcohol with a 10 year old with her and was never told anything.

My experience there was fun and informative. I stopped to ask a employee a question and he made every effort to help me or to find someone who could. After that I spoke to two different employees who never hesitated to help me and offer good information as well. The selection is fantastic and the prices are at least very competitive (I didnt have time to do close inspection of prices). The store is very clean and spacious. If there is something they dont have, they will consider adding it if possible. There are tasting sessions on Friday afternoons and Saturday afternoons as well. This is a very nice store with something for everyone, I imagine. I plan to stop by there more often. I can not explain the negative reviews of this place. Perhaps unreasonable expectations on the behalf of the customers?

The store is awkwardly laid out that you HAVE to walk past a register to leave. Even if you didnt buy something. The two times I came here to browse then leave, I was questioned by employees when walking past a register why I had not bought anything. This fact alone discourages people from coming to the store. No other retail store I know of forces you to walk between two registers or around other customers checking out to get out of the store. Sure you have a fancy section of wines and stuff but the atmosphere of the store is stuffy and intimidating.

Ill compare this to Specs which is one of the only retail stores I like to step in to. Selection overall probably falls somewhere between the main Specs and all the smaller ones. Rep who helped us was very knowledgable, about on par with what I would expect from Specs, though overall employees seemed less proactive. Excellent options for make your own six pack. I also found the beer layout to be better organized than most Specs. Would have liked to see a better selection of Mezcal. Overall, very impressed.

We went in to total wine to get Sangria ingedients. We did not want to buy a pre made mix, so we asked Evera... i dont remember her name exactly sorry. the nice young lady with the blonde hair, for a suggestion on which wine would be good to make our Sangria with. She suggested a Semi Sweet Red Blend, "Il Duca Imperial", and our Sangria turned out delicious. Super friendly staff. Great selection! Thanks!

Customer service should really be a focus. Walked into the new location, at Bella Terra, asked for a vodka. Ok, you dont have it. But the response, we dont have it and to walk away without confirming if I was finish speaking. Offer another product or anything else, this will be the reason I wont return. I believe this person was a manager, needs to rethink his industry.

Largest and best selection of all things alcohol. By far the best selection of hard liquor I have ever seen. The same for beer and wine also. Do not pass this place up. Even have free tastings. If you are like us and love to try new stuff, their travel size liquor selection is the largest I have seen also. Great place.

This place is simply awesome. Theyve got everything you can imagine. I recently picked up a keg here and the prices were reasonable and the staff helped me load it into the truck. Will definitely be returning.

2500 unique beers, almost all available in singles. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Eduardo in foreign beers. Easy choice over local competitors
