The place is nice and well-done inside and out, but the customer service was terrible thus the reason for one star. The entire 15 minutes we were in there we pretty much got zero help/information. We were never offered info, we always had to ask, and then we only got one sentence responses. He never left his place behind the register once while were there. He didnt describe any wine, never asked us what we were looking for, and when we asked if they had their own wine he said "these three bottles." He never described the wine nor made any effort in anything. Four out of the five of us had every intention of having some wine, but we walked out and spent nothing after the horrible service! I doubt we ever bother going again.

Amazing selection of wine and staff is very helpful. Interior finish is lots of stone and beautiful lighting. Love the self service with wine card, lets you try anything youd like. Although Im not that in to cigars, they have a large humidor with an impressive selection. Also outside patio area with seating and fireplace and gourmet pizzas made to order.

Great selection of everything from affordable to lavish wine. The courtyard is a beautiful way to spend the evening with that special someone or even a group of friends. Its like your own personal vineyard! I highly recommend this Boerne Wine Company.

The tasting is done differently here. $25 minimum and you get a card that you insert into machines that dispense the wine for you. I prefer a more one on one experience where I get to learn about the wines Im tasting. The wine was good though

Ask for Monique. She has a heart of gold and she is the one who will make the less experienced wine drinker feel more comfortable. Very clean, great atmosphere and comfortable temperature.
