While the selection is more limited than Specs or Twin Liquors, the prices of what is offered is a little better. They have what I like (Crown Royal) so it works for me. Possibly the best value here is the ice. They sell 20lbs for $4 - this is a super deal folks! Also, you do not need to be a Costco member to buy from this store.
