We had an extremely pleased experience buying from Rallye Acura. Mr. James Arismendy, the sales associate who helped us, offered unparalleled family-like services, with tremendous patience, every single time we visited Rallye Acura throughout our entire buying experience. Mr. James Arismendy is a true gentleman, always being courteous and extremely helpful to us. We got comprehensive understandings on every aspect of the cars we were interested in, through his tireless, thorough, and humorous introductions. Although we were buying a car, we were treated like we were buying a Titanic. With such an outstanding sales helping us, we always got more than enough information before making a decision, always felt being honored, and were always given the best suggestions and solutions under any circumstances. We are so satisfied with the car we finally had chosen, and the fantastic services Mr. James Arismendy had to offer. Mr. James Arismendy is such a righteous and honest gentlemen. He never promised anything that he cant do, or wasted a single second for doing nothing, as opposed to some other sales of other dealerships. He must be such a treasure in the sales team of Rallye Acura. I would say Mr. James Arismendy in Rallye Acura was the only sales who worth our 100% trust, and the only reason the other BMW dealer failed to put me behind the steering wheel of their "ultimate driving machine". Facts have proven that buying from Mr. James Arismendy, and Rallye Acura, not only means that you get the top quality of car delivered, but also the top services you can ever imagine. There has to be a reason that a huge number of luxury cars on the road around having the same "RALLYE" logo on the back. From my understanding, it just means you are always in good hands. Mr. Christopher Poggioli, the Vehicle Delivery Specialist at Rallye Acura, was also so nice and helpful. He answered every questions we had about the new car. His introductions on how to use the car were so vivid and precisely covered everything necessary for the daily uses. After about 30 minutes with Mr. Christopher Poggioli, I felt I would never need the user manual in the rest of my life. I have no idea how Rallye Acura magically put together such a fantastic team. But what I do know is, with such a team, everything is possible, every goal can be achieved, and every customer will become a loyal customer eventually.

I have bought two other cars in the last 12 years and I have always felt taken advantage of and lied to. This time I did extensive research on the car I wanted (2010 Acura TSX) and was ready for every trick in the book. Before I came to Rallye I went to other dealers where the price advertised was not the real price of the car even after I had called. As soon as I refused to take their financing or third party expensive warranty, the car miraculously went up several thousand dollars. When I came in to Rallye I was on the defensive. Miraculously, Jabir Choudhery showed me the car that I wanted, at the price that I wanted to pay and there were no hidden fees or gimmicks. There was also no pressure or increasingly incredible statements about how great there dealer was and how their low overhead allowed them to price cars lower than any other used dealership in the area. At Rallye they dont have to say this because as soon as you sit down and start talking you can see why they are a Dealership of Distinction. Joel First was also fantastic even though I was perhaps a little on the bitchy side toward him (sorry Joel!). After I went from trusty Jabir to Joel, I thought the numbers guy is going to try to get one over me. The bill of sale was simple and easy to understand, there were no hidden numbers or fees. Everything was clearly laid out as explained. I was so happy I ended up buying the extended warranty directly from Acura and at a third of the price the other dealers were offering. Needless to say, I will be buying all my cars from Rallye from now on. If you want a certified pre-owned or used Acura and have been to a bunch of crappy used car dealers where the numbers are always shifting and the sales staff is trying to sell you crap you dont need for prices you shouldnt have to pay, and are fed up: Go to Rallye.

Absolutely great team. We made the mistake of going to Paragon Acura the day before visiting Roslyn and they were trying to force add-ons as if they were necessary! Our salesman at paragon didnt even know the NY sales tax, which was another tip-off that A) either he hasnt done business in a really long time B) isnt a knowledgeable salesman wed want to handle a 45k$ transaction C) was trying to pull a fast one on us by giving us a higher sales tax so they could try to pocket some extra cash. When we entered Rallye, three different, extremely kind salesmen approached us and didnt inundate is with questions. We met with Donald who answered every single question with ease. He was extremely easy going during our test drive and didnt force anything on us. Donald spoke with us for a few hours and never let that smile escape his face.. Definitely recommend him. Niko - the product specialist (idk if this is the actual job title - I forgot) was awesome at explaining every part of the SUV after we bought it - extremely patient and helpful. And dont be afraid to bargain here; theyre tough cookies, but given enough time, will meet you somewhere in the middle. All in all, great place to buy a new 2017 tech RDX from. No bait-switching. Just a pure transaction with no extra surprises. Will drive 20 mins for servicing because the hospitality is well worth it.

This is going to be the first time I go out of my way to write a review but due to the outstanding customer service I received at Rallye Acura in Roslyn NY I was compelled to share my experience. For starters when I initially walked into the showroom I didnt have annoying sales associates hover over me. I was greeted and given the space to look at the vehicles in the showroom. William Tsevas was the sales associate that assisted me when it was time to ask questions. He was very patient with me and was understanding to my situation. (2 months remaining to my old lease with another car company) I never got the impression that I was being pressured to make an immediate decision. Quite the contrary, I was in the process of closing on my home and needed to wait in order to get into a new lease. The finance manager Faith Egan was also incredible and she was able to get me approved for a lease that was less than my previous lease but with a far better vehicle. The dealer also paid 1 of the 2 remaining payments on my old lease. Its been 3 weeks thus far and Im completely satisfied with my vehicle, with the deal I received and with my overall experience. If you are in the market for an Acura and live anywhere near Roslyn I would highly recommend this dealer.

I have bought/leased the last 2 Acuras from Rallye Acura of the 6 I have owned since my first in 1988. I was very disappointed with the 2 other dealers I bought/leased from. Rallye has always exceeded my expectations both in sales and leasing as well as their excellent service. I have also purchased extended warrantees from them (an absolute no brainer). Chad is my service guy who couldnt be more accommodating. Enza is the customer service representative who arranged the extended warranty and always follows up on every service call to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. Mike Denfeld is one of the major reasons I am so impressed with Rallye. He was my service guy until getting promoted to service manager. He has the nickname of Dr. House from the TV series in that he can uncannily diagnose any problem that presents itself. Having bought several Acuras in the first model year, invariably unexpected problems show up that need to be diagnosed, fixed and corrected in future model years. Also, all car designs will show symptoms that are not problems but it helps to know the whys of the symptom and not to be concerned. Mike fits his nickname extremely well and is a huge asset that I hope never leaves Rallye as long as I own Acuras.
