I would just like to take the time to write a little something about my experience here, I have been taking both my vehicles here now for about two years. I have two SLs one a 92 and the other an 03, I used to get service done at MB of North haven, I found them not resourceful in fixing problems they were a headache they would perform a job it would be done wrong and they would say it was fine when it was not and I would be back and fourth, at one point I thought they would cause more problems than they fixed. After these experiences I decided to try MB of Fairfield I had a set of motor mounts replaced on my 03 SL they installed the parts wrong (a heat shield was not installed right and sliced the new motor mount and caused vibration) and put a large scratch on my hood they denied it and kept shoving me off when I went there to complain. At first when I decided to try another dealer I started to loose trust in getting service done at a dealer but MB in Danbury has always been helpful and friendly. When I explained my frustrations with previous jobs that were not done correctly by the other dealers they went back and corrected them off of the warranty. One job had to be corrected about three times but I didnt mind because in the end it came out right they didnt just try and shove me off, and always offer to pick my car up and drop it off at my home. Unfortunately in the case of my 03 Sl I experienced about every Active Body Control issue in the book and since I bought the car the system never functioned right, then I brought it in over the summer they provided me a loaner and kept the car for about 3 and a half weeks, as it had issues that were hard to diagnose in the end they went through the system thoroughly; mind you this was a long time but they did not just throw new parts in the car and send it back to me, they tested the car and made sure it was right before returning it to me. I guess the main point to be made here is if you are looking for MB service without all the runaround bs where they actually fix problems and treat customers with respect then this is a pretty safe bet.

READ MY STORY. I praise the Mercedes of Danbury service department for the work they did on my car!. After a bad experience at unfortunately a previous Mercedes service center, the Mercedes of Danbury took the time to diagnose and fix my car. Heres how. I have a 2000 S430 with over 200k miles, Its in good condition, Ive had this car for over 2 yrs and it has been overall a great car without any major issues. Now. I had a sporadic starting issue that eventually left me stuck far away from home. The issue was the car would eventually start after maybe 20 turns of the key or so, until one day, while visiting family in NJ it just wouldnt start no matter how many times I turned the key, so I had it towed to the nearest Mercedes service center in NJ on route 9, Ray Catena in Freehold. One week and $500 plus tow fee later, I was told I needed to spend possibly $2k-$3 to fix my car by changing the main computer, as they complained about "other" issues with my car, saying "it was old, my brakes lines were bad... etc, and it may not be worth investing that amount to fix" Ultimately I was told I should pick up the car without any guarantees of me even making it home to CT ( I knew I would make it home because once the car started it was fine). I picked up my car and drove it home and scheduled service at Mercedes of Danbury. Long story shorter, they TRULY looked into the starting issue and took the time they needed to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix my car. It ended up being a bad relay, my total bill was under $300! HOWS THAT RAY CATENA?? Thanks for taking my money and seemingly discriminating against my "older" Mercedes. I would like to thank MERCEDES of DANBURY, and particular thanks to LENNY in the service department who took the time to explain in technical detail exactly how they came to repair my car (which I can appreciate being in the technical field myself). Kudos to you guys, thanks so much for giving old fashioned service and attention to my car! I gave you a 5 start rating on your survey.

I am currently driving my second Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Danbury. I could not be happier with it, nor could I be happier with the staff at MBofD. Our salesman, Joe Cecere, made us feel right at home from day one. His honesty, support and fairness helped us to find the perfect car. We loved him, and the car, so much, that we leased a second car from him just a few years later! The service department is accommodating, flexible and extremely helpful. We often have our car picked up right in our driveway for service, and the loaner car is complimentary. This is a top-notch car dealership, with the best of everything to offer. So thankful we chose Joe and Mercedes Benz of Danbury for our car!

We have just leased a Mercedes Benz GLC 300 from the dealership and the experience was really positive. Jose was a great help, he helped us find the perfect car and he made the process really smooth. He made the whole experience stress-free and positive for us. Stephen was a huge help. He taught me everything I needed to know about the car. He made the process fun and he really took his time with us. The night we picked up the car, it was very cold. Stephan didnt rush us at all, and I left knowing how to work all the bells and whistles in my car. Overall, the experience was very positive and Mercedes Benz of Danbury was the perfect place to purchase my very first car.

I was sent to this Dealer by a friend who knew Bob Camastro. I serviced my vehicle in Estate Motors routinely but the wife wanted a convertible so we were shopping for deals. I didnt let Bob know I already had dealt with them just to keep him honest in the negotiations. The SLK we wanted wasnt in stock but they seemed confident they could get it quickly. When the payments were worked out, he saved me a good few bucks. It was worth the comute. There was zero nonsense. I would recommend this store. I may service in Wappingers though, he said it was a new facility and closer to my home...never tried it before. I guess he runs that one also.

Our CLS 550 had a leaky tire- which after weeks of agony on the road with no Mercedes dealership near - was determined to be caused by a cracked wheel. The dealer ordered the rim for us and expedited the delivery so we could have it the next day. They delivered on their promise and let us leave our car there and rent a car until our part arrived and was installed. They installed our new wheel immediately and we were and are all set. Thank you to the efficient and cordial service department!

I am not one to write a review, but I just had to compliment Mercedes of Danbury for a job well done! My husband and I leased our first Mercedes in October, and after receiving such amazing service, I doubt we will ever drive anything else. Joe Cecere was so helpful and patient. Joe answered all of our many questions professionally and patiently and was never too busy to help us with anything we needed. I would not hesitate to go back to Joe or Danbury Mercedes for our next car!
