When I was asking questions about the car and what options to get the Sales person Beth Karl told me not to get certain items because they were to "ghetto" she said it more then once. Looking back I still cant believe she said that, wish I NEVER purchased the car from them. Purchased a new Camaro ZL1 convertible in late April of 2013 and the car is amazing. The experience of Karl Chevrolet, however, was not. Once the down payment was made, the dealership was nowhere to be found, the sales woman, Beth Karl, with whom I worked with was not knowledgeable about the car and gave me untrue information regarding features on the car. . I had a few questions to be answered after the down-payment was made; my emails and calls to her went unanswered. I waited days for a response but to no avail, I finally had to speak to another sales person to get any sort of response which was just as frustrating. I threatened to cancel my car order on 2 occasions and both times they finally acted like they cared. It’s been 17 months since I purchased the Camaro ZL1 Convertible and have had to bring the car in for repair 4 times due to the Tire Pressure Monitor System, Karl Chevrolet replaced my left rear tire in August of 2013 and since that tire replacement ,the problem with the TPMS has continued with the tire that was replaced. On Karl Chevrolets last attempt to fix the tire,I was told by the service manager, Jay Bradley, that they “think” my radar detector is causing the TPMS problem; and if it happens again with the radar detector, they will not fix it. To quote Jay Bradley “possibility of electrical interference from a radar detector or Wi-Fi is a very real possibility” . I do not want “very real possibilities” when there is something wrong with my car that is still under warranty, I want facts. Karl Chevrolet has demonstrated to be unknowledgeable in the cars that they sell and also unable to repair them.

We have had our 2004 Chevrolet Duramax 2500 HD truck to Karl Chevrolet for service twice. Both times we were treated exceptionally well. We are full time Rvers, meaning we live in our Motor home full time and travel around the country. We are not from this area. The second time we brought our truck in to have some scheduled work done and told the Service Representative, Toby Weisbrot, that we were getting knocking from the motor. He suggested that we have that checked out before starting the other work. The mechanic, Matthew James, diagnosed the problem as contaminated fuel. We realized this was caused by a fuel station in New Jersey putting in gasoline instead of diesel. We were not aware of this until Matthew point it out to us and we checked our receipts. Matt suggested to Toby that we consider contacting our insurance company to see if the work might be covered under our policy. We are very thankful for the suggestion as the work was covered almost completely. Karl Chevrolet went far beyond what could have been expected and highly recommend them! Art & Gerri Ball

I waited my entire life to buy a convertible corvette. But once the new C7 Z06 Convertible was announced I had to have it. Most dealers wanted way over sticker. After contact Steve Karl, he took my order and gave me great advice about options. He gave me a great price as well. After the order was placed, I thought I would have to wait until 2016. But, to my luck, Steve called me about a month after I placed my order and told me that he had an allocation open up for my exact build and it would be in around the end of March. So, no waiting and a great price. He could have sold it to the many people that would have paid over sticker but he honored his commitment. Upon delivery Steve was great as well, walking me through the features of the car and ensuring my Onstar was set up properly. He also clipped some articles from Road and Track and had a brochure for me. A month after taking ownership, I have to say I love the car and will go back to Karl Chevrolet for my next Corvette.

My Volt showed a check engine warning indicating my High Voltage Charging system had a problem. I called and made an appointment for later in the week and then discovered the car would not charge at all at home. For an electric vehicle thats not good. I rushed over and Camillo said it might take a day, but they would look at the car as soon as they could have one of the Volt trained techs check it out. Imagine my relief when they called the next day to say not only it was fixed, but that the repair was under warranty. Not only is Karl Chevrolet a wonderful group to deal with but they are gracious and fair. I am sure to buy more vehicles from them, and refer family & friends to them. When I went to pick up the car it was plugged into their charger and fully charged. I Love my Volt, How could anyone complain about 125 MPGe and Im thrilled with Karl Chevrolet. Thanks guys.

I just leased a 2014 Volt (my second VOLT because it is a GREAT CAR!) from Karl Chevrolet. Leo Karl was the person who assisted me from beginning to end. Whatever he told me on the phone was true and held up through the purchase. There was no nonsense about the price or the car equipment or availability. He was a real no pressure,straight shooter and was very transparent about the costs that the dealer pays etc. He investigated 3 different leasing companies to find the least expensive and best lease. He also found and used every possible incentive I was entitled to have. They even delivered my registration papers to my house along with my EZ Pass which I left in my old car. I highly recommend Leo Karl at Karl Chevrolet! So far, so good!

In mid July ’17, I purchased a pre-owned Chevy Tahoe from Karl Chevrolet. Historically I acquired my vehicles from private party sellers and, due to dealerships’ poor salesmanship reputation in general, I was cautious about a dealership purchase. But at Karl this negative stereotype was ultimately unfounded. From Angelo in sales, to Jay the service director and his team, to Leo Karl himself, my overall experience was very positive both during the sale and afterward. As a cumulative result, I feel content that I received a vehicle value that is worth the price paid. Our sales rep was Daniel Lynch. He treated us with constant kindness and attentiveness. He communicated everything very clearly and kept us informed every step of the way. I suggest you use email or text, as he responds quickly. But whether you go in person or arrange everything by email/text, he will be very straightforward, patient, and helpful (no pressure about anything). I met the manager briefly.
