Ive bought a Nissan Murano in my desperation of needing a car I chose this one. Not only did lie to me about the car being fully loaded, They told me my loan was approved but failed to mention the extra $4000 that was added onto my loan from the santander bank. The head fanancial sale guy avoids All my calls and All my visits claiming that he is in a meeting everytime i am there. The sales men who sold me the call Fredis Escobar was also fired for sales fraud (go figure)! They also lied about paying a high interest rate to boost my credit quickly by making all my payments on time then to refinance after 12 months. After 12 months while looking to trade the car in I was told Id have to pay an extra $4000 (bank added money) to the newly traded in car. I was also advised not to pay that months car note and to add the money towards the other car. Leaving me with late fees on the note I am already paying for now. Barron auto outlet is the worst car dealer Ive ever been to I would really advise not going there is you do not have to. They do lie about all the cars there, playing around with the real number and are very shady people who have no interest in helping you. You guys are scumbags!

Vendors Beware!! If you are a vendor and have done business with Baron, please have second thoughts. I have been chasing around their consultant Sue Brief for over 3 months for an invoice... 3 Months..!! After numurous attempts and responses that they would have it paid quickly, I am still waiting and now there is no responses at all from her. Providing a service is one thing getting paid by them is another. I have called the dealership and left messages for the Accounts Payable gal, Melissa and still have not heard back from them. Again if you are a vendor do not do business with them as again, Patiently waiting and being told it would be taken care of right away, and still over 3 months down the road I am getting avoided......!

BAD, BAD, and worse. 1.On day of delivery, car had dead battery. Waited 1 hour while they sent out for new battery. 6 months later, battery was dead. Took to Mercedes Dealer and was told battery was an "old" battery and that it was no longer any good. 2. after 1 week, car had a horrible smell. Brought back to Baron. Was told car was under Mercedes warranty. Took to Mercedes and was told cabin filter was not under warranty. 3. Went to Baron and asked for manager. He was "unavailable." Waited for 20 minutes, still unavailable. 4. Without a doubt, Baron Auto is the worst dealership on Long Island. I would never recommend them to anyone.

If I could give them a BELOW 0 I would. By far the WORSTTTT dealer in the world. They are all liars, ALL OF THEIR CARS ARE GARBAGE. They persuaded me on purchasing a bmw X5 and i currently have a year with the car and from the moment I drove off with the car, this bmw has been a headache. I have spent more than 5,000 in fixing this stupid car. And the dealer did not help me with ANYTHING. They are a rip off , they lie about absolutely everything. They dont even inspect the car before handing it to you. WARNING !!!!!! DO NOTTT PURCHASE YOUR CAR HEREEE !!!!

Khan is a complete scam artist,He told me over the phone advertised car was available and when I arrived I was told it was at the other store than he said car was sold by other store than he told me buy a similar car for more Money, Typical bait and switch ,I thought attorney general was cracking down on such bad dealers. He cared less if he did not sell a car he was busy with his Muslim friends from hometown Pakistan.never in my lifetime I want to go to such garbage dealer again.

I had a very bad experience with Baron Auto Outlet. I fell in love with a 2010 Toyota Rav4 Limited. Beautiful interior but when I went to make the purchase and looked at the Rav4. it wasnt the same one advertised. The salesperson knew I was coming from almost 2 hours away and still reeled me in. I would definitely steer anybody away from this dealer. Never experienced the "bait and switch" moment till now. I was so disappointed, I just walked out.

Both cars were received at fair deals as they really do try to get you the car you want for the price range you are looking for. Salesmen are a fun and professional group. All in all, Ive had two great experiences and will likely go back again for my next purchase down the line.

Not Trustworthy.. I called them to check about a car and asked if they can share the carfax. The person said they cant send the carfax but the carfax is clean, no accidents. I checked carfax later using my account and the car had accident. They also denied to let me car for inspection from a nearby shop.

They advertised buy a car and receive a 40inch flat screen TV. I bought the car and still no TV was told that they will be picked up every time I called. Also oil in car was low and dirty. I bought a 2013 Ford Focus.
