My wife and I started thinking about buying a late model SUV from Enterprise Car Sales a couple of months ago. We bought our last car 14 years ago so we had a lot to learn. I spent hours on their website looking for which makes and models were available and which of these had the options we wanted. Last week we realized it was time to get serious about buying. We quickly found the SUV we wanted and put in a request to have it transferred to the Huntington office. Connor called us back within the hour and told us he could have the SUV available for a test drive the following morning. We loved what we saw and couldn’t have been more pleased with the way it ran. Unfortunately, I had missed the lack of one of the “must have” options we wanted. Connor made several calls to find out if it could be installed retroactively but, it turned out it couldn’t be done. Connor was optimistic that we could find an SUV that would give us what we wanted and made suggestions about other makes and models we could search for. I started searching again the next day and before the end of the day, I located another SUV that appeared to have everything we wanted. I got in touch with Connor to give him the information of the SUV. He checked it out and told us he thought this SUV would work for us and promised to have the transfer completed the following day. We arranged to return to the sales office that day after that and loved what we saw. It was beautiful and had every option we felt we must have and more desirable ones than I expected. We closed the deal that afternoon and drove home with the SUV we wanted. Connor made this happen for us. He remained pleasant, helpful and encouraging throughout. He and everyone else at Enterprise made it a really good experience. We will go back again when we’re ready to buy another,

I am a member of MCU and for years I often saw various advertisements of Enterprise selling cars. Due to a very bad experience I had with FORD, I wanted to make use of the MCU & Enterprise collaboration. I am SO happy I did. I was approved for a car loan and Dave from Enterprise contacted me within 30 mins of when MCU called me to let me know that I was approved for the loan. I made an appointment for the following day. I did not even have to wait until the sale date that was being advertised with MCU. Dave listened to my horror with Ford and valued that he would make sure that I left their office satisfied and boy was he correct. Based on what we discussed the very first car that he brought to me I ended up purchasing. He listened to my wants and needs. I am very delighted about that. When you know what you want, it does not take long to make an informed decision. Marabell the finance manager made the purchase work with the loan total budget that I set for myself. I have no complaints. I am very happy that I made this purchase with Enterprise and the pre approved loan from MCU! I did not feel pressured in no way, shape of form. I wish I had taken advantage of this from the first car purchase! I will be telling my friends and family members about the professionalism of Enterprise & MCU.

I totaled my car. I was devastated. I used Enterprise through my insurance, and I happened to ask them if the truck I was using was for sale. While it wasnt, they advised me their vast inventory. I met with Amy and Xavier, who showed me a few models. I didnt speak to them for a few weeks, but something Amy said stuck with me. She said " Let me know if you have any questions at all, even if its not a car we are selling." which showed me that she genuinely wanted to help, not just for a commission. I reached back out to them after visiting a few new dealers and feeling like I was not paid attention to.... I told them "I want the biggest and best V6 black SUV I can get for this amount of money" Not only did they provide me with many options, but they ended up finding me my dream truck. A GMC Terrain SLT-2 with Sunroof, chrome EVERYTHING, all the little features I truly wanted but deep down would do without. They found everything I wanted. I am elated to have gone through them for my purchase. They are both amazing. The sales process was simple and completely stress free and Customer Service couldnt be better. I will use them from now on for all my car needs. which hopefully wont be for a while. But they are truly the best.

I bought a Jeep Patriot 2012 from here. I have had nothing but problems I already went through warranty 3x for issues. Luckily I was covered under the power train warranty for 2 of them. The new manager did supply me with a rental car though which was cool considering the warranty I bought through them covered me for it. I would say not to buy a car from them and try the dealership for the make your trying to buy first. I will not buy another from them even if it was free. Staff was always nice but I had to spend a lot of time to get these resolved. I would also advise not to buy a Jeep EVER. They were mad because they had to dish out extra money for the rental because I would not drive a smart car since I drive a Jeep. I would never recommend buying here. I have referred many clients to them giving I worked at a credit union who had a great deal with financing through them if you buy it from enterprise. Jeep has been nothing but a nightmare and after about 4 days of them having my car at the dealership they hit my side mirror.

We went in with some vehicles in mind to purchase / test drive. Regrettably I didnt get to test drive a couple of vehicles I wanted due to the fact that they werent there. There was only limited vehicles to test drive as in whatever was on the lot. I wouldve had to drive further west to do so and I wasnt willing to do that. So overall it was a good experience the guys were nice and figured out your parameters for a vehicle. The process was smooth and didnt take as long as when going to a regular dealership and you drove it right there home. The vehicles were priced well and cheaper than most dealerships it definitely helped being preapproved for the loan too. Overall it was a great experience and worth your time. Id definitely do it again but maybe alittle sooner as when you look on the website the more you waited the more cars disappeared off of the list bought. I went thru my bank that they partnered up with and came home with good dependable vehicle with some great amenities in it. Thanks Enterprise of Huntington.

We walked out of a chevy dealer after the deal was almost completed after they tried to push us into leasing or buying on time. They were a bit underhanded, because first , they said they would take our check, and when we came in to close the deal, they refused to take it. After going through a very high pressure pitch by their finance guy, we walked out. They took all the fun out of buying a car. Then we called Enterprise, because we liked the idea of the "no haggle" pricing. We met Vito, who showed us a couple of cars, and we loved the second one; a bright red 2015 Chevy. There was no pressure from Vito or Eddie. A simple deal, with our options spelled out. We made the deal,They accepted our check! and we drove out of there within an hour, with new plates and everything. Thank you, Vito and Eddie, For treating us so nicely. We would recommend Enterprise to anyone.
