This is an edit of a previous review for Craig and the team at Five Star doing what they do best! Due to my ever changing needs in transportation, I turned back to Craig to see what he could for me. It took a few days to get everything wrapped up only because Craig wanted me to take the weekend to think about it and be sure that it was a deal that I really wanted to move ahead with. You hear a whole lot about car dealers doing anything to get people to sign, not so much about the ones who ask the buyer to take a few extra days to be certain. I am even more resolute in my initial review below! At Five Star you dont only get great service, they will give you good advice included in every deal! As a driver who easily gets restless in vehicles, I like to trade in more often than most. The guys at Five Star always get me the best rates on great rides. A very happy return customer!

Before finding Five Star Auto, I was haggled by buy here pay here auto lots that made numerous promises and failed to keep them. I was promised deals and financing, only to go to those places, spend all day, and leave with no car, no promise of obtaining a car, and essentially no hope. Then I was referred to Five Star. I didnt expect to gain anything, but I had nothing to lose. I happened upon Dennis, who not only promised to get me riding, but did everything he could to make it happen. With horrible credit, minimal down payment, and a job, Five Star got me approved and in a great car in no time! And the best part, most of the work was done over the phone. I went there to pick out the car I wanted, and I went back to pick it up. They even picked me up! Thanks Five Star for the perfect car buying experience!!!

I bought a 99 Honda Civic here about 3 years ago that had 115K miles on it. I was glad that they let my mechanic inspect the car first. However, the car was overpriced. The salesman was being tough on negotiations too. After buying the car, I had to replace the distributor a couple of months later. Over the time I owned the car, I had to get the rotors cut, and the alternator and muffler replaced. The air conditioner didnt work either. I used to have a Toyota Camry with high mileage that didnt need as many parts replaced in such a short period of time. I had to sink more money into the the car, but the she has been mostly reliable.

Class Act! I found the car on eBay, discussed the vehicle over numerous phone calls and made a 1200+ mile trip and bought the car in person to feel secure about the transaction. I could not ask for an easier process and a better experience. The guys at 5 Star Auto were all great to deal with. I met a few of them during my process. Mark sold me the vehicle and was excellent the entire way. Everything as described and great communication from Mark the entire time. I drove the car all the way back home.

Walked in to ask about a truck that has been on there lot for over two months started to talk to a very older man who was helpful however when we talked price another man jumped in and said have a nice day and thanks for coming in to me that is rude and not how you gain business if that is how they are with most people I do not know how that can still be in business I drive pass there all the time same cars on the lots just moved around dont wast your time going look else where

This was our 4th time buying from Five star. Great customer service, very accommodating. Very good cars. The GMC Envoy we are still driving and my son is still driving his Ford Taurus which had low mileage, leather seats and wood-looking dash. My Volkswagen Jetta was fully loaded with got me hooked on heated seats. I just got a beautiful red Hyundai Elantra again fully loaded! I feel like I am driving in heaven. Dont hesitate to buy from them.

At the time I came to the lot, I liked the selection but I was already set on a Kia Optima. They were able to find it at auction within 2 weeks AND at a great price. Bought a car a few yrs back. Our salesman was a very nice old man but the rest of the dealers who wrote up the sale were extremely rude. They didnt even bother to replace the air vents inside the car that were missing even though they said they would when we bought it. We spent more money on the car in the first yr than when we initially bought it.

i purchased a 2000 blazer 3/15 from day one check engine light wouldnt go off car was in there shop almost 3 wks during warranty period. one year later found how i found out how they fixed the problem when i went to get car inspected 3/16 the fixed the problem by removing bulb

5-star auto 5 -star Service. Just Bought a Truck from them My credit was a little weak but despite that they still managed to get me approved. Had an issue with the truck when I came home and they came to my home within 24 hours to fix issue for me.
