We walked into the dealership after going to several others. The others either ignored my mother and I or they talked to us like toddlers that they wanted no part in dealing with. But when we walked in the door of Weeks, everyone greeted us with a smile on their face and talked to us like the adults we are. Peter Molony was very friendly and kind. He sat down and showed us everything about the car we wanted to know. He even brought up other cars to show us how great of a deal we were getting. He brought the car up to the front for us to see and drive. The car is amazing, looks new. He brought us in to see Jenn about financing and she is amazing at her job. She knows her numbers so well. She was very helpful and got me an amazing deal. They work very fast and they let you know whats going on. They told me it was going to be ready at a certain time and it was. There were no surprises. Once Peter handed the key over, he didnt just say goodbye. He went out to the car with me and explained everything about the car. The wipers, lights, AC, and even helped me set up my Bluetooth. Only 3 hours later I went home to find my 17lb dog had eaten an entire bag of semi-sweet chocolate morsels. His stomach was distended and he would not eat. I grabbed him and put him in the car so that I could bring him to my mother to help me. He vomited all over the back seat. It was covered. I was hysterical, I thought it would never come out. I brought it back to the dealership hoping they could clean it for me, I didnt care how much they would charge. I just wanted it cleaned. Peter told me to come back in the morning since the detailers had already gone home. The next morning I came in to get it cleaned and when they were done, it was like nothing had ever happened. The car smells nice again, no more chocolate vomit smell. There are no stains. There are no words to describe how truly bad it was and how amazing of a job they did. Greg, the detailer, is the best! This was my first car buying experience from a dealer and it was the best experience possible. I dont think I would ever want to go to any other dealer.

After obsessively reading car reviews for a month, narrowing down my selection and visiting several other dealerships, I can honestly say that meeting with Daniel was like a breath of fresh air: yes, I knew he wanted to make the sale, but his approach was more like a counselor trying to work with me than that of the dreaded used-car salesman pushing to close the deal. But then again, Weeks Pre-Owned Center doesn’t sell just any old used car, they sell only the highest quality pre-owned vehicles, and their professionalism perfectly suits the higher-end makes they sell. I had to do a little bit of financial juggling between accounts and knew that this would take a few days, but Daniel, knowing how much I loved the car, eased my mind when he assured me that the car was indeed mine with what I had put down. We juggled funds considerably more quickly than expected and called Daniel Monday morning, saying that we were on our way to pick up the car, about three days earlier than expected. When we arrived, the car was in the bay receiving its final checks and cleaning, and we completed the sales process with Daniel and Jenn, the finance manager. Again, all went smoothly, with all questions being answered, and none of the pressure normally associated with purchasing a car. Before long, Daniel was out showing us all the functions and features of my new car. We drove from our home in Pennsylvania to Weeks in Connecticut, something I never thought I would do to buy a car, but I would do it all again in a heartbeat. This is the first time in all my years of buying cars, mostly new, that I can say that the experience was pleasurable. Thank you, Daniel and Jenn, for your courtesy, and your professionalism in making me one very happy Volkswagen Eos owner! BTW, this car is absolutely fantastic! :-)

I love Audis for the last 15 years and have bought new, pre-cert and used before but never dealt with place like these guys. I walked in and paid $37k cash for a A6 pre-owned certified feeling confident in the Audi brand and quality. Within 30 minutes off the lot on 684 heading to NYC I feel a rattle in front left tire. I think it is a pebble. I check the tire and nothing looks wrong. The car sits in my nyc garage for a week. I take the car out on the westside HWY and rattle is still there. I take to Audi NYC and they find a piece of metal INSIDE the tire. Then the transmission light goes on and smells like it is burning. It is flat bedded to nearest audi dealer. Next time I drive it, the stereo alarm code issues, and they need to replace stereo. Then the next time I drive it the drivers seat is rocking around. All these things within 3 months and I have put about 6 hours on the car. The car has spent more time in the shop then I have driven it. I call Danbury wanting a refund as the car obviously has consitant issues. After actually arguing the point with the sales guy and the manager, they said "bring the car back and we will do the right thing". I drive the car back to their lot (1 hour trip on a Saturday), the manager isnt even there and the Jr sales guy is allowed to offer me $7k less than what I paid for a car I have driven less than 6 hours.I explain that after taxes, fees, cabs and headaches of the car I lose about $10k. He said he is sorry but that is what he was told to offer. I was disgusted but was so sick of dealing with the situation, I took the deal. Since then I have bought 3 other Audis from either Greenwich or NYC. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE! If you look you will see other posts how these guys dont stand behind the Audi quality standards.

Bought a "certified" preowned 2013 Jetta from these guys. The car had low miles and drove well except for a rumbling during braking. I called them a day later and said I would buy the vehicle if they addressed the braking issues. When I arrived, they said the braking issue was fixed. I test drove the vehicle and it appeared that the issue was addressed. Four days later, I am driving the vehicle and 3 things happen: the EPC light turns on, the check engine light comes on and the rumbling on the brakes is heard again. Living 1 hour away from Weeks and having no confidence in their service department, I take it to the service center in Stamford. There, they identify the EPC issue as a spark plug and wiring issue. Then, they find an engine gasket leak and a radiator hose leak. All of these are covered under the preowned warranty. But, they also find that the back rotors are extremely corroded and need to be replaced. Rewind back to the sale of the car... where they touted their 112 point inspection... including item 69 attesting to no brake noise, line 83 attesting to no engine leak and line 85 attesting to no radiator leak. I contact Weeks after I figure out the issues. You would think if they had any level of customer service, they would fall on their sword and eat the service cost. Not so much. They wanted to pay for half of the service costs. Call me stubborn... I told them to keep their money as they would not be able to buy my satisfaction unless they paid for 100% of the repairs. BUYER BEWARE. These guys have no integrity and no customer service after the sale.
