Where do I begin; I took a gamble based on the positive reviews that I saw for this dealer and came up a winner. This car dealership does not have the stuffiness of other car dealers with reps in tie and suits trying to run circles around you pretending to be experts. Grey was very welcoming; if you went there with your guard up you immediately felt relaxed on meeting and speaking to him. There was no pressure at all, after inspecting the vehicle we went for a test drive. I drove the vehicle home and the front end felt like the tires needed balancing, text Greg (on a Sunday), he responded to me right away and told me to bring the vehicle in at my convenience, took the vehicle in the next day and all four tires were balanced. This is how the car buying experience is supposed to be; they are professional and honest people. I will be spreading the word and look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

We just bought a 2005 Corolla S for our Son here and would recommend anyone looking for a used car to go here first...and last !!! Unlike some of the dealers we checked out over the past month, these guys were honest, friendly and not pushy at all. In fact Andy was very laid back, helpful and went out of his way to address a few minor issues we had with the vehicle prior to our purchase. He kept his word and had everything in order even before I committed with the deposit.. Their internet price was fair and well below Kelley Books retail value . And unlike other dealers, their price is the same, cash or finance. Also a 3 month warrantee was included .There were no other bogus dealer fees here either. .Just a minimal title fee and a reasonable dealer prep fee which included a full tank of gas..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ANDY & GREG !! ...Ill be sending in few new customers soon !!

Because of the age of the car, we had a few minor issues within the first week, but Andy was a man of his word and reimbursed us on the repairs it took to get it back on the road. I highly recommend buying a car from LA Sales. They are a friendly, family-owned business and are very reliable.
