I was looking for bar ends for my custom recumbent trike. I needed them to attach to the steering posts so I could attach mirrors to the ends of them. The products they carried new, didnt fit my need, so one of the guys says "hang on a second, I might have something out back". Two minutes later and he comes out with a pretty gnarly pair of bar ends that were perfect. "Five bucks", he said; I said "Sold". Took them home, cut them to size, cleaned them up, sprayed them with Rust-Oleum. and voila, they look brand new. Any LBS that will go out of their way to help you like this, is worth their weight in gold. These guys ROCK!!!!

Dealt with No. Syr. shop many times for service and sales and everyone has been helpful, courteous and knowledge. Bought a new Spec. Diverge and was treated fairly. Staff took the time to listen and help with proper bike selection. Service rates are competitive. All has been a good experience so far. Like their warranty/ service policy on new bikes.

They diagnosed my bikes issue correctly. Then let me know they were 1 week out on bike service. I didnt want to be without my bike for that long so one of the employees told me how to fix the issue myself and sold me the correct parts. Great customer service.

Got custom built mountain bike. Fair price, super build. They did not steer me wrong or put on inferior components to save a buck. Dependable service. You get what you pay for with bikes. A good shop is worth the money.

Jamie did a phenomenal job fitting my bike! My foot, hand and arm pain I experienced after just a few miles completely disappeared during the 34 mile test ride. I couldnt recommend Bike Loft enough!

Went at night to pick up bike they put it I the truck Got all the way home realized they gave me the wrong bike . So I had to go back today. , hopefully my bike is still there
