Went there for food and drinks last night with my wife and totally got treated like garbage by the incompetent and stupid hostess. She quickly advised up,front "we are really busy right now its at least a half our wait". We waited at the bar for well over an hour and I finally approached the hostess staton and discovered that she had misplaced our name on the list and never intended on seating us. She was snotty and defensive and again advised me of how busy they were. When I requested to finally be seated she tried to tell me there was still no available seats even though several tables had been vacated(i had already checked the dining room). I walked away and informed my wife that this was all a waste of time. My wife approached the hostess station and the snotty incompetent girl had crossed us off the list. After an hour wait we left in frustration. Never again will I attempt to give occ cafe a dime of my money or an ounce of my valuable time. Watch out the staff is snotty and could care less. Even the bartenders were totally in the weeds and uptight. Must be nice to be able to screw good paying customers and get away with it. Run from this place if you are expecting a positive customer experience and appreciation for being a customer.

Very impressive when you drive up to the site, unfortunately the service in the show room area wasnt as impressive. My husband and I are from out of state and looked forward to the shop tour....well not today! (even though they state there are daily tours) The employee stated that someone had called out today and they couldnt pull off a tour. So we decided to do a little shopping....I found a shirt but they didnt have my size. I asked the employee if they had other sizes available in there stockroom. She stated they probably did but she couldnt leave the area and I could go online and get my shirt in the size needed... We decided to go into the cafe, food and service was good. Couldnt help but notice they had 5 employees standing and chatting in the kitchen area and a gal sitting at the entrance of the cafe doing nothing (it was a slow time when we were there).....wish they could have helped in the showroom area. Very disappointed we didnt get to tour the shop which was the main reason we went to Orange County Choppers.

I have had it with this show. Evidently Jr. and Mikey dont listen to what they are saying when they say they never say negative things about their dad and that shop. Yeah, you do. And evidently they feel that they are so righteous and never have done anything wrong and it is all their dad. Has he done things he shouldnt have- yes. Once things got settled Pauly and Mikey feel that they are totally right and have no responsibility for anything. They have an attitude that EVERYONE is behind them and that they are so right. They both were really lazy at OCC- they both felt entitled to do whatever they wanted. Pauly has found out his dad was right about a lot of things- if he was honest- also he has been going through a lot of workers too- he is just like his dad. Life is too short- quit waiting for the other one to do whatever and step up and be a man. Mend fences. You all would be nothing without the show. I so agree with Bill.

I must say I saw last night the blow out special, and it touched me. I cant believe that this feud has been going on for 2 years. Someone has to step up to the plate and make amends. I can see that Sr. has been going through a hard time with the separation, and Mikey too. Pauley is just avoiding the whole situation by keeping it bottled up which is not GOOD. They need to really sit down and let out their true feelings once and for all and bury the PAST. Life is too short for regrets. One day we are here, the next day we are gone 4ever. Please try to find the peace within and make this relationship work. Where is the rest of the family in all this??? I hope you guys can reallyget together and make amends. You only have one dad in this world, and you only get to have your kids in your life for a short period of time so enjoy them while YOU CAN!

If the Teutuls go on their path that they are on, history will go down as an interesting motorcycle company that finally declined out of extinction. Why Paul Sr. and Paul Jr. are killing the goose that laid the golden egg is ridiculous. How many other families would love to be in the money making machine that OCC has been? Paul Sr. has a temper (aided by roids? ) and Junior takes a lazy attitude about his responsibility ( running Paul Junior Design might have opened his eyes ). Mikey is a joke and needs to pick himself off of the floor and contribute or get out. Hopefully Senior will run the company and Junior will be in charge of design with Mikey getting a technical degree and run the corporate web site. Enough of my ramblings but Teutuls, get your act together.
