These guys REALLY GET IT when it comes to riding. They offer great service and are always welcoming no matter what brand you ride. They also have a BMW-certified mechanic, so for me (owning a BMW), going there for service is a no-brainer. Nicole, the service manager, is friendly and knowledgeable and makes useful and insightful recommendations to keep your bike running right. This is a shop where they greet you by saying "Nice bike", rather than the usual "Its time to buy something new". Its also a nice place to pick up bike accessories and riding gear, or if it suits you, a Ducati or two. I plan on patronizing this excellent resource for many years to come.

First time there to have the 7500 mile scheduled Ducati service and I was thrilled to see all they did besides what I thought was just belts and valves . Changed all the fluids including clutch & brakes !!! And cleaned my chain and was extremely thorough on keeping me posted on what they were doing. I traveled almost two hours to bring my bike there from a referal and so glad I did. Besides having the Ductai Master tech which was a major factor they have Very pleasant & knowledgeable staff and and for my experience top notch work done to my bike

Ive been coming to Rockwell Cycles for 15 years I think. Ive bought at least 6 bikes and had a few serviced here. I ride 40 miles out of my way for a few reasons, 1) is the fantastic scenery whether coming up the Palisades Parkway or Route 9A 2) the Honesty and Integrity of their service which stands above other shops too eager to overcharge and make up problems. Nick, the owner and Chief Tech is only too happy to share his technical knowledge. This is why I will continue to patronize Rockwell while I ride, which should be till my last days.

Nick and Marian Rockwell run their shop in a very welcoming way, Nick is a true expert and always happy to share his experience and knowledge about bikes and riding with you. Excellent timeliness and great work. I had a 2006 Suzuki Katana that wouldnt start. I talked to Nicole over the phone and she really knows her stuff! They picked up my dead bike, did repairs, and had it ready and running in no time. It felt like they put a lot of personal care into my bike. Really nice place, professional people, and quality work. I would highly recommend.

I cant recommend them enough. The service and parts department are incredible. They work with you to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Everyone there rides and is extremely knowledgeable. The mom and pop atmosphere really lends itself to an intimate customer service relationship. GO there, you wont be disappointed.

The salesman never tried to pressure me into anything. I havent bought a bike from them but intend to. Warm friendly atmosphere. Consideration for the love of motorcycles and the customer seems to be their priority over anything else. Seems everyone that works here loves motorcycles and the people the love to ride.
